I had two problems trying to order one was the items I placed in my cart were not coming up with the correct sale price that I had read about in my email and the second problem was I was pretty sure I had inadvertently signed up for the membership, which I did not want to do at this time so customer service help me with both of these and I was then easily able to complete my order and it is now on its way . The customer service response was thorough and quick with some follow up provided

By the way, the issues that I was having were caused by me not by the website

The order was simple for me to do. For I am not to good at this on line technology but I got it done the first time out. As for the quality it seems to be good and fitting well. The shirts are comfortable and soft. The colors are not fading into other colors on the shirt like some that I have had before. So far I am well pleased with my shirts. Looking for tyedye clothing give these people a try. I am pleased with mine.

I had an issue with my order. I emailed support and received a reply and fix literally within a couple hours!

Got charged $27 out of no where and that was after they tried to trick me into ordering another shirt which I caught that one and was able to cancel.

I was randomly charged almost $30 without signing up for a subscription and it caused an overdraft in my account. At first it was an hassle getting money back, but eventually they did take care of the problem. They also sent me a new shirt on them and a $10 visa for my issues.

I find your website difficult to use. There should be a choice for me to say continue shopping instead of going back to the home page. Most websites have a Checkout selection. I don't see that either. I love the quality of your shirts and appreciate that you offer a "surprise" color - however, I now have 4 of the same color. No surprise to this.

In today's world, good customer services is lost art. I'm happy to report that it is alive and thriving at Free Spirited Clothing. I will always go out of my way to send compliments when I have received excellent customer service. These people are extremely responsive and attentive to it's customers. I will most definitely be shopping here again! Also, their products are top notch.

Quick response to an open cart email that I got after placing an order already. It was quickly resolved in my order is on the way but extra time is needed to get it to Hawaii.

They trick you into paying for a subscription without you realizing

I love the shirts I bought through Free Spirited. I had some issues with the subscription part (likely my fault for not reading the fine print), but Abby and the Support Team addressed my issues and were very helpful once they learned of my concern.

I have ordered about 8 shirts and I love them all, but the first 2 I ordered were very big for me. (My own fault for ordering to big.) It's ok, my husband wears them and they fit him perfectly. Now he is a fan of these shirts too.
The colors are outstanding. I'm waiting for my next 2
to come any day now. Love them all.

I love this family and I love watching the monkeys and as I do that, I look at the clothes and jewelry. They have some beautiful things that they do and their T-shirt are top quality. I just love them. True to size. Beautiful designs. Go watch there family grow you will love the story’s they share. Then drop in the store and check out there deals. Oh yea and great prices.

The shirt was free except $4.80 to ship it. That's nice. The collar of the shirt is up a bit high around the neck. It's going to shrink. The design is really faded and boring. I was hoping the mystery shirt might have nice bright colors that pop. Nope. It almost looks like it's super faded. Maybe that's why it was free. I can't complain much because of that fact, but if I had to do it again, I wouldn't. Pay for the shirt you want and don't trust the mystery shirt deal. Seems to be their rejects.

Shady company. Deceptive marketing. Low quality shirts. This company seems to get a lot of good reviews but… i just don’t see how it possible with the bad experience I had. First of all, the shirts I received I think would be thrown away if I took them to a homeless shelter. Just horrible. It looks like I was sent shirts from a failed batch where none of the dye had set. The shirts were wrinkled as if they had been wadded up when wet and left to dry that way. Now, let’s get to the way I was tricked into buying 2. I clicked on an ad in Facebook, free shirt, only pay shipping and handling. The catch was I could not pick the shirt. The shirts looked great and shipping was only 5 bucks. I placed the order for one shirt. After I placed the order I got a pop up that said I could add a premium shirt worth 30 bucks for only 10 more. I clicked no. Then I got another pop up, would I like to add a shirt worth 40 dollars for only 10 more. Yes, I had seen the pictures of the lovely shirts, Some had great designs. Then I received 2 of the exact same shirt. The way it was presented clearly made it seem I would get 2 different shirts. Instead I got what was clearly 2 failed identical shirts that under other circumstances would either have been thrown away or sold as a factory seconds. They have a overly complicated returns process that I just gave up on. Not to mention the sneaky way they sign you up for their T-shirt club. Just horribly deceptive. Oh, I should have read the fine print, are you serious. Really. No where else that I have ever shopped secretly signs you up for their club. Just sickening.

Edit This company is gaslighting me at this point. They did contact me and I responded. Then another person responded and ignored everything I wrote and didn’t seem to acknowledge I was responding to a previous message. Then they post this “response” at this point they have sent me three messages and I had responded to 2 and they post they can’t contact me. Are you serious. In the email they tried to explain how it was my mistake. It was not. The website was deceptive it said the first shirt had a value of 24.95 and then the second shirt had a value of 39.95. I even went back to confirm. From the website yes it seems to be clear you are being enrolled in a paid membership but from the link in Facebook I clicked it is not. On the page to add the shirt there is no mention of a membership. On the checkout screen it did add a membership but no mention it was a monthly fee.

I ordered some awesome Tie Dye shirts and they are great quality and shipped fast! The customer service is outstanding and will get back with you on any concerns regarding your order. Charlene has great customer service experience and very polite as well.

I received my order and was initially blown away by how vibrant and special these items were. Then to my dismay I tried one on and found that my dumb ass ordered too big. I reached out by email and received a response within a day explaining return process, I did not want to lose out on these shirts so I asked for replacements instead of refund. I returned my wrong sized shirts and they sent me a mailing label to return my items. No cost to me! I got my replacements within 10 days or so. And now happiness is in my life!!
