Negative reviews about Free Spirited involve membership. If people read they should know what they are doing when they order. I personally loved my t-shirt - superior quality - which arrived 6 days after I ordered - super fast! When I contacted customer service about my membership status I got a prompt and thorough response. I'm sad I had to cancel membership as I'd definitely order more if work dress code hadn't changed!

Very helpful in resolving my issue and finding a resolution. Went out of the way to make it easy for me. Very hands on with communication back and forth.Good job 👏🏽

Free Spirited such a "free" membership into my order, then auto-renewed it at 2x the cost of my purchase. Customer service refused to cancel the charge.

Follow up: Free Spirited customer service replied with a full refund. Much appreciated.

I absolutely HATED that I couldn't buy everything on your site!! But, maybe I will eventually. I bought 2 shirts and a bracelet, and all were very good quality. I got a mystery shirt, and the shirt that said "Tie dye is my Therapy." My only complaint is that shirt is not all tie-dyed, but it's just the letters that are. Otherwise, great product, great prices, and great company. We will definitely be purchasing more from these awesome folks!

They sent me 2 mystery shirts that were the same! Why would you do that! Disappointed customer here, if I want to return them, I have to pay for the shipping. Or they offered to give me 50% of what i paid to keep them. I wont buy from this company after that! Poor customer service.

Absolutely love this company! I had a question about the products and sent an email and within minutes had a response! Fast and friendly is an understatement, they went above and beyond my expectations! Shipping of my order was just as fast. This will be my go to place from now on..

This tie-dyed clothing company has an odd and deceptive practice of automatically enrolling you into a buyers membership club. I purchased 2 t-shirts via a Facebook ad for $30, received them and was charged accordingly. However, they then proceeding to set up a recurring monthly charge for $24.95 against my credit card. While their products are nice, the practice is deceptive. I have cancel/replace my credit card and am awaiting refunds to be processed. T-shirts are easy to find and buy online and I would NOT recommend choosing to do business with this company.

These shirts are amazing! The colors are vibrant, the shirt (pre-dried 😊) was super soft & comfortable. Plus, the fact that it showed up just 4 days after I put in the order!

I took advantage of the free mystery t-shirt offer (just had to pay shipping) and I happened to get a t-shirt with a color combo I normally wouldn't order, but I actually love it!! I got tie dye light blue, light green and light gray and it's so pretty! The t-shirt is high quality material and so comfy!

I accidentally purchased a membership from Free Spirited Clothing. I sent a message immediately stating that I had made an accident and could they please refund the money to me. Which they did within 8 hrs. They were very professional & very prompt!

The quantity, quality and quickness of shipping was all excellent.

Selling Chinese knockoffs as hand dyed Gildans and discreetly sign you up for a subscription service. Fake

The person went out of their way to get all my concerns dealt with. in a fast manner. And gave me a gift card for the remaining balance of my credit.

The sizes run extremely small (you need to order at least 2 sizes larger than what you normally would wear). The material/quality isn't so great, either.

But most important to know... they scam you by sneakily auto-enrolling you in a "membership" program upon checkout. It wasn't until several months later that I realized they had been billing my credit card $24.95 every month. The most expensive tie-dye shirts I've ever bought.. $100+ in "membership" plus my original $54 purchase for a couple of shirts. Had to report the membership fee as fraud to my credit card company because I had used apple pay and had no account/way to cancel the "membership". It created quite a hassle, too, because it caused my apple pay to have to be disabled for a period of time while my credit card was changed out.

Note to self - never again with small companies... just going to use Amazon. Screw the little guy who screwed me.

Despite suggesting their membership trap was clearly labeled, I never saw it presented plainly on Free Spirited's site while taking time to order. Further, if your Terms and Service has to start with a highlighted box saying that customers agree to not sue, there's a trust problem and you're fully aware as a company that your business practices are deceitful. Will NOT be buying from this disreputable company again.

I didn't read the 'fine print' because there wasn't any but they do not offer free returns for refunds. In addition, the materials advertised as 'soft' are not, and the fit is questionable. Will not be ordering again. I'm positive this will not be shared with potential customers

Received a great tye-dye shirt for a super price.
Then a few weeks later, I got another shirt in the mail - not sure if it was a "freebie" - so I checked it out and I didn't have to pay for it. It was a give-away, I think, and a cool shirt about being KIND.
Nice customer service!
