I had the nicest customer service person that helped me out so much. She returned all my messages very fast. I found her to be very warm, and very caring, and very helpful. I am very impressed by the service I received. Keep up the good work!

Beware of a $24.95 per month membership fee they tack on monthly when you place an order! No only unethical, this is Criminal! I really like their tshirts, but when I discovered this hidden fee I have been charged for months now, but just recently caught, I will never buy from here again! Look at BBB, so many complaints! Major Scam! Beware!

I looked at the map where my t-shirts are being sent and was concerned because it didn't show where I lived 😆Erich answered my note right away + assured me if the address was right all was well! I'm really excited because if the t-shirts are as good as the customer service I'll be coming back again!

They answered my questions quickly and reviewed my case. Got back to me in less than a few hours. Offered me a couple of solutions and succeeded in helping me.

Shady business tactics

I purchased two shirts from this company and received them. However, I was not blatantly aware that just by PURCHASING a product that I would be signed up for a monthly 'membership'. I requested that it be refunded. now we wait to see if it is actually refunded. This is a shady business tactic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I really like the shirts! Soft, colorful and priced right. The customer support staff is kind and efficient. Valerie went above and beyond to help the customer. Great company!

I contacted customer service regarding an issue about sizing, I received a confirmation email immediately. The next day I received an email from Erich with information regarding the different options I had for returning or keeping my shirt. I have never had a company offer 3 different options for handling the return. I appreciate the fact that there were other choices than just a return.

Prompt, courteous, and the outcome was exactly what I'd hoped for. Excellent customer service.

BEWARE! I thought I was only ordering some cute t-shirts, but evidently there was fine print that signed me up for a subscription I did NOT want at $25 per month. Unfortunately I did not notice it for a couple of months so I am out $75 dollars for nothing. I am disputing with my credit card company.

I had ordered a T-shirt while I was traveling in the car and I had left off the M in my email address. I contacted support and Charlene helped me find the order. She corrected the email address and my T-shirt is on the way to me. I am very thankful and appreciate all the time and effort she put into finding my order and I look forward to ordering from Free Spirit again.

Bought a shirt that I exchanged for a larger size, customer service made it a free and easy exchange. Great company, love the shirts and employees do an excellent job! Thanks again!
