One star service avoid
Tried a purchase of a product they made claims about which were untrue as they has stated on Amazon.
Instead of an apology and courier to pick up they then stated I needed to print an address and barcode and return paying postage myself. Even though they clearly know in dubai there is no postal service.
They do not answer the phone despite multiple attempts.
Clear from Amazon this seller has some terrible reviews.
I will not use ever again and will be careful as to who I use on Amazon in future.
I called amazon and they said they could do nothing about it.
The provider has now requested I remove the review since they have picked up the falsely described goods and refunded me. What about the hours taken for me to go into all this detail?
As mentioned I see 45 one star reviews regarding this watch strap which go back over two years. I am sure very few of these customers received refunds and the provider continued to promote a product which was clearly falsely described so no I will not remove my review.

Hi Peter, apologies for the bad experience. I checked internally with the team and i was informed that we had picked up the return package and also refunded the entire order amount to you before you posted this review. Can you please remove the 1star review as the issue had been sorted out?
