THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - BEWARE!!!
I'm trying to get my money back for a VIP Membership I never ordered. I've frozen all my cards so PayPal can no longer make the auto-payment of $34 a month. It's illegaI for a company to bill for a membership that I was never signed up for. I ordered, paid for, and received two bras. But the bogus $34 membership has been charged once a month for three months now. They owe me $102.00

I've researched the declined PayPal payment. PayPal sends payment to Nymbus LLC, which is a Fintech company. The scam company runs all payments thru Nymbus. The actual clothing company name is shopinnovationsllc.com. From what I've gathered, they likely have 2 people working out of a basement or it's a foreign company. If it's a foreign company, it will be more difficult to get my money refunded.

This isn't the first time this has happened to me when I ordered something from an ad on Facebook. I know the ads are a huge revenue cow for Facebook but, come on, Facebook should be held accountable for ads posted on their site. So, I'm reporting this to the BBB & PayPal, and sending a certified letter to Facebook so I have a record of delivery. I DETEST having to do this, because I'm extremely busy with my legit job. BUT I'm done ordering anything advertised on Facebook.

Please do not use this joke of a company. If you buy something they sign you up without your consent to monthly fees for some crappy VIP membership, it's illegal as I wasn't asked nor did I consent so will take that further.

I also paid for an item, it said delivered but nothing ever was, my ring doorbell can confirm that and they can't as they never bothered with a tracking number.

Now opening complaint with PayPal so I get my money back

Total scam. Don't order from here. They automatically sign you up for monthly withdrawals.

SCAM. They had billed me over and over VIP customer benefits of $34.76 They've done it Several times and charged me twice for the product that I bought which was the invisible Stick on bra. And the size was not right either I ordered an extra large and this is about A medium They're a scam they will keep charging you I bought it through Paypal and they've charged me four or five different times on my Paypal account i'm just now finding this out

The product was not as advertised. Tried to return but passed the 30 days by a couple of days even though the product was delayed.

☆WARNING☆ check your PayPal subscriptions - if you see a subscription coming out for this company: stop the subscription immediately. Any positive reviews on here are part of a scam. We were billed for many months for a 'VIP Services' for about $31- per month USD. We are in Australia and this amount was almost $55- AUD per month. We have no idea what it is for or why it is being taken out. So, we are complaining to Paypal.

They charged me a "VIP" subscription unauthorized. I have been in touch and they say I will get a full refund. Do NOT order from this company.

I never received the shipment. Company does not answer. Can't get refund.

I had an issue w/ a 2nd charge for expedited shipping of $13.95 I did not select (that I know of). I kindly wrote them, they were quick to help me and immediately refunded that charge. They also could see my order did not arrive expeditiously and was still in question. They asked me to let them know if it didn't show up and they would refund that amount as well. I received my item a few days later and love it! Great customer service! I suggest kindness first! Always...

SCAM for Eyebrow enhance. Another typical example of a company selling a service then putting you in a monthly program. They hit me up for $31 for a VIP club membership, and had it scheduled for another before I caught it. Their websire shopinnovationsllc.com is not even a real website, or if it is, it just became one while I'm writing this. UPDATE, the charges were reversed, only after I claimed fraud.

I placed an order for 2 of the eyebrow stamps,1 brown,1 blonde that was on special,I had a code and got free shipping,my cost was 21.98.When i checked they charged my bank account $65.22 for 3 more at full price plus some kind of eyebrow charm I never ordered and expedited shipping which I never ever do. When I order online I'm not in that big of a hurry to get something.I messaged them telling them I want my money refunded and they said they would give me a discount.They claim the order has been processed and shipped. When I check it still waiting. This is fraud I would tell everyone not to trust ordering from them!!!

stated that the goods have been delivered they have not refuse to give a refund. Do not shop with these people thay claim to be in the USA when infact its based in China
