The CSR for the warranty issue was fantastic. My issue is the hose product itself. I bought 4 garden hoses, 2-25ft, 2-50 ft.. The 2-25's failed within 3 weeks of buying them. I'm just waiting for the replacements to fail as well.

The product broke after two days of…
The product broke after two days of normal use . Replacement parts were not even available to repair the pole saw . Replacement pole saw under warranty was established. However, months and months went by with it always being out of stock, so my replacement warranty pole saw was never going to be filled. I gave up and took a refund which also had many difficulties attached to getting it back . Presently , still waiting for the refund to come to my address. Had to call 8 times and hours on the phone to even get to this point . Really it is between one and two stars , not three .

I had two 100' hoses that failed. Both hoses were replaced without any complications. This issue was handle expertly.

Snow Joe snow blower
I ordered a snow Joe snow plow from Walmart website. When I received the package, the box was severely damaged. It had 2 shipping labels where it had been sold and returned by another person. Parts were sticking out of the box , box had been retaped several times. Was missing all the hardware, and unit was scratched up on bottom. Apparently it had been used and returned. Delt with company via email for 3 months trying to resolve issues. My biggest complaint was that there employees didn’t look at the return, simply stuck a new shipping label on it and sent it too me . I would advise anyone NOT to buy anything from snow Joe . Very poor customer service!!

The warranty on my water hose was honored by Snow Joe. It was replaced easily through a telephone call. The email address I first sent, which was printed on the paperwork that came with the hose, was an incorrect email address. Thus, I thought I was being ignored. Once I called, the rep gave me a correct email address. I had to attach a copy of my receipt, and my replacement hose was sent and received a few days later. The remaining warranty on the replacement hose was the same as the remaining warranty on the first purchase, which is ok. So I have over a year warranty left on the replacement hose.
