item sent to the wrong address by mislabeling the packages. After being contacted by the customer whose package i had and Kyra themselves, the costumer and I sent each other's packages to each other with Kyra refunding the shipping cost to us.

Only have had my ring for 2 weeks ish maybe I barely ever wear it because I don’t want to ruin it and it’s already losing colour!!! I don’t even wear it in water I make sure to take it off im quite disappointed and upset.

Kyra Jewels has such gorgeous rings ✨ The designs are chic but super wearable. The sparkle is on point, and the quality feels solid without being heavy.

I am delighted with the ring it is beautiful very sparkly and looks very real slightly light weight but I’m impressed and delivery was fast and totally reliable delivered to apartment door. Would definitely buy more but I like big chunky rings too so look for some more modern designs with larger zirconia stones and I shall definitely buy from you. Thanks L

I ordered a ring for my wife in her normal ring size and double checked by following the size chart, and the ring did not fit. I reached out to them to exchange the ring for a bigger size and they gave an excuse stating that there are issues with receiving returns. So I asked for a partial refund being that I would have to pay to get the ring resized and they still said no. They were not trying to help the situation at all, they got their money and they do not care. The biggest scam, don’t buy from here!

Absolutely gorgeous ring. I sadly have already scuffed it but that was entirely my fault, i should’ve taken it off. the 18k dipped gold being soft, against a steel door handle it will scuff so definitely take it off before working!! The Sadie fits nicely under The Icon. 3 Carat is a ROCK. Though on my warranty card, upon searching it up, online it’s listed as a 2 carat, but it is definitely 3. Im a happy wife. 10/10 recommended this brand & The Moissanite collection. Ordered February 19th, got my order March 11th. Thank you KyraJewles!

Terrible. Ring we purchased had a ridiculously bulky/over sized band, so big in fact, you cannot wear!! The extreme size outwardly of the band means you cannot close fingers, digs in painfully, and is an obscene over size!! We asked for an exchange, of a ring that would be wearable. Only to be told due to their complications with shipping etc. Sorry, no exchange of refund! And expects us to purchase another one with 20% off! How about, selling wearable rings! We only wanted our purchase to be honoured, by admitting the ridiculous bulkiness made it unusable!
