Impossible to contact but now resolved

I have been trying to contact your customer service team for the past month. Multiple emails have been sent, and attempts have also been made to get in touch via social media, but no response has been received at all.
The earrings that were delivered arrived with a missing stone, and I have been trying to arrange a return. Unfortunately, there is no phone number available, and the only way to contact the company appears to be via email.
If no response is received by next week, I will have no choice but to open a dispute with the payment provider.
Edit: 20.5.26. My previous review prompted the company to finally check their inbox, where they apparently found all of my emails, which I was told had gone into their spam folder.
As the earrings arrived damaged, I asked the company to provide a prepaid return shipping label. I was informed that I would need to pay for the return postage to Hong Kong myself, and that they would offer a $10 shipping subsidy. In my opinion, this would not come close to covering the actual cost of tracked and insured postage from the UK to Hong Kong, particularly as they recommended additional insurance on top.
I expressed my dissatisfaction with this solution and, ultimately, I was offered a full refund as a gesture of goodwill due to the prolonged lack of communication. This is the reason I changed my one-star review to three stars.
That said, I still believe the company’s refund policy is inadequate. Unless you are absolutely certain you want to keep the items, returns can become quite complicated and expensive, especially as customers are expected to cover return shipping costs to Asia.
I am happy with the ring and the other earrings I received, and I do think the products offer good value for money. However, due to the refund policy, I will not be placing any further orders.

Regarding our return policy, we would love to provide some clarity. Our $10 return shipping subsidy is carefully calculated based on the actual standard postage rates between the UK and Hong Kong through specific postal channels. We understand, however, that standard retail rates at local post office counters for premium tracked and insured services can sometimes appear higher to individual retail customers.

Because your initial experience was delayed on our end, we completely understood your frustration. This is precisely why we chose to bypass the standard return process altogether and issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill, allowing you to keep the remaining items without any further hassle or cost.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix

J'ai eu un vrai coup de coeur pour Luvbo. Mes boucles d'oreilles sont de très bonne qualité et tellement jolies et féminines. J'ai offert une paire à ma belle soeur et elle a été conquise elle aussi. Je vais très vite en recommander. Ma wish list ne fait qu'augmenter. Le seul petit bémol, c'est l'attente qui est longue avant de pouvoir profiter de ces bijoux.

Discolouration After One Wear – Not Resolved”


I purchased an 18k gold vermeil necklace (£61) and only wore it once. Unfortunately, I noticed patchy dark discolouration on the chain, including areas that did not come into contact with skin.

I contacted the company with photos, but they attributed it to “normal wear” and would not offer a free repair or replacement. Instead, I was asked to pay for re-plating or purchase a replacement.

I was disappointed with both the product durability and the after-sales service, especially given the item was only worn once. Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider this before purchasing.

To clarify: our policy clearly states that free returns or exchanges for quality issues are available within 30 days of receiving the item. After that, we offer a 2-year warranty — but repair costs (including re-plating) are covered by the customer.

Your necklace was purchased in 2024, meaning it has been nearly two years since your order. While we understand you may have only worn it once, our policy is based on time since purchase, not frequency of use. For this reason, we are unable to offer a free repair or replacement under the 30-day guarantee.

We also want to kindly explain that silver, as a natural metal, may tarnish or discolor over time if exposed to moisture or stored in a humid environment — this is a normal characteristic of genuine silver, not a quality defect. Proper care can help maintain its shine.

We did offer you a paid re-plating service or a discounted replacement, and that offer still stands.

We respect our customers' rights and strive to be transparent in all our policies. If you'd like to proceed with the repair, please let us know.

Very fake looking

I wanted to love these jewelry pieces- I saw an influencer (who seemed classy)advertising these pieces. When the jewelry arrived , they were very cheap, fake and orangey-brass looking gold. One piece was completely kinked throughout the whole chain. I could’ve bought these pieces at a junk store for $5.98 each. If I saw these pieces in person I would have never bought them.

The necklace you purchased has a higher gram weight, meaning its intrinsic material value has actually increased along with the market price of silver . This is a reflection of the real value behind your piece.

3. Condition Concern
We were also concerned to read that one piece arrived kinked. This is not the quality standard we aim for, and we sincerely apologize for that. délai de commande un peu long (25 jours) mais heureuse d'avoir enfin reçue les bijoux, qui me plaisent.
je recommanderai mais pas à cette période.
