This company is why I choose to shop small businesses. Their customer service is second to none. I had an issue with an order, sent an email and I received a response from them in a very timely manner. The issue was resolved, no questions asked. I’m so thankful I came across their website, I will be a returning customer.

I recently ordered a shirt for the 4th of July. It arrived quickly! The shirt looks exactly like it does on the website. Material is great! I ordered a Large and unfortunately it was a bit too big for me. I reached out to them and they quickly replied back. A replacement is on its way as I am typing this up. They are truly amazing!
The items I ordered are all great quality. I did have one item that was too big and contacted customer service. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size but they were sold out. They went above and beyond to make sure they could get me the item I wanted in a smaller size. Not many online companies would do this. I’m a forever customer now.
Overall, I think the shopping experience has been fine. I just ordered something today that is a preorder and am hopeful it will arrive on time or early as described. I only wish there were more options in the shop. Otherwise, I love the style and what’s available so far! Can’t wait to see what else they may curate.

This shop offered the best customer service I have had since I can remember. They were quick to respond to my questions and offered to ship a replacement product out with no futher charges or waiting on the return to reach them. Westly has my business for sure!
I received my sweatshirt and found that it was a little more oversized than I expected. I emailed customer service to ask about an exchange and received a response very quickly. They were incredibly helpful and even sent my replacement right away so I would have it in time for the Fourth of July, rather than waiting for the usual exchange process.
Excellent customer service! I'm very impressed with how they handled everything and am excited to try more of their cute clothes in the future.

My shirt came and I loved it but it was a bit bigger than I was hoping. I emailed them about the possibility of an exchange and they responded so quickly and were very kind and solution oriented. Made my experience so great and I can’t wait to wear my new shirt for the 4th!!
Great communication and quick shipping! I liked everything I ordered for the most part but the Patriotic t shirts and sweatshirts I ordered were not the boutique quality I was expecting, especially for the price. They appear to be a brand like Gilden with the tag cut off, a new tag sewn in. It doesn’t look like or fit like what the model is wearing, makes me think what’s being shown is a different quality that lays better and is a softer feel. Pretty disappointing.

While we understand that fabric feel, fit, and personal preferences can vary from customer to customer, these styles have also been some of our most popular items and have received positive feedback from many other customers.
Many of our graphic tees and sweatshirts are designed with a relaxed, unisex fit, which can feel different from a traditional boutique fit depending on the style ordered.
We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase, and if an item doesn’t meet expectations, we’re happy to work with customers on a return or exchange

Wow, super high quality and it arrived before they said it would. I liked it so much I ordered one for a friend.
Not all items are as they seem. 3 out of the 5 products I purchased were poor quality compared to item pictured on website. Also make sure to return items within their 7 day return policy to get a refund or it will not happen. I would post pictures of the quality but this review does not have that option. I will not purchase from this site again.

We appreciate all feedback, but we also believe reviews should accurately reflect the facts. In this case, the review states that Westly has a 7-day return policy, which is incorrect. Our return policy is 14 days from delivery, and this was communicated during our correspondence and through our returns portal.
Additionally, we approved returns for the items that were eligible under our policy. The only item we were unable to accept was requested for return more than a month after it had been delivered, placing it well outside the published return window.
Our goal is to treat every customer fairly by applying the same policies consistently. We also offer free exchanges and regularly work with customers to find solutions when sizing or style isn’t quite right. In this case, we honored returns for the eligible items while applying the same policy that applies to every order.
We understand that not every purchase will meet every customer’s expectations, but we also believe future shoppers deserve the full context when reading this review.
Great quality and nice designs. When it says over size it’s beyond Oversize! I normally wear a L and I reordered a small.
