The item Price was $15, But they tried to charge me twice as much. Luckily my card declined them, & texted me to ask if I had approved that amount, which obviously, I had not. Too bad, I can't find their fake product elsewhere, I would like to buy it. Lol

I noticed a $39.99 charge to my credit card the same day they fraulently charged the card. I immediately contacted my credit card company and reported it as a fraudulent charge. Unfortunately now I have to wait to receive a new credit card with new numbers, expiration date and security code.
I'm not sure how they got my card information in the first place but I'm glad I have my card setup so any charge, weither I'm the one who uses the card or if someone else does!

Fraud scams

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SITE.
THEY HAVE BILLED ME 3 TIMES FOR 39.99 AND OWE ME OVER 100.00. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND I HAVE CALLED FOR WEEKS TRYING TO GET MY MONEY.

First off, they claim to be in usa. But are china.

If you do happen to purchase something from them , they will continue charging your card until you notice.

Also go by Belro. Com. & Rilkofashion.com among other names.

A place an order by mistake I called them immediately to cancel the order. They said they would refund me my money. 2 weeks later I received the item and needless to say my money was not returned. I'm positive I canceled it in enough time it was literally less than 15 minutes after ordering it. If they couldn't refund me that's what they should have said. They never have to worry about me buying anything from them again. Plus it was listed for $10 less than what they charged me. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it. No telling when or if I'll get my money back.

I ordered something from these people that said it cost $4.99 then when they charged my card it was a charge for $10.99 THEN they charged me for express shipping and handling which made my total charge $19.97 or something like that I wasn’t supposed to pay for any shipping.. then they tried to charge me another $19.97 the next day also $6.95 charge(for I have no idea what) and a charge for $39.99 the day after that!! (which I found out today is for some membership fee) and lastly today they tried to charge me three separate times for $39.99 from 2 different names !! Don’t bother trying to call their Customer Service. They will just give you the runaround and tell you that you’re a liar 🤯

Fraud!!! This company is another Alias for Belro and shopzaven. Everything on the website looks legit but when you purchase. They charge your card multiple times from multiple companies Luckily my CC company flagged it for fraud and alerted me.

Without ever opening this site, a charge was made to my credit card. I disputed the charge, and learned that this is a scam site.

I purchased a glass teapot with infuser which arrived broken. When I emailed them, They charged me $39.99 over and above the price of the teapot and demanded several pictures etc that I cannot produce. (I took 1 Picture). I am not computer literate. I am 78 years old.

I was searching for a birthday gifts for my girlfriend, and find a pearl necklace. I ordered instantly and also received faster than I expected, thanks shopzaven for savin.

The product did not work as advertised. Then a recurring charge was added to my credit card. I called and cleared that up, then a week or so later, my card was declined because of another attempted charge by this company using yet another name.

Terrible scam!! Not only did they picture beautiful wreaths that came and looked unfit for even the dollar store, but after scamming over $175 dollars for hideous fake flowers they then had the audacity to start charging me monthly $39.99 for a fake membership, I wish I had NEVER clicked on their site. Beware, scam!!

Do not buy from this site (Shopzaven) They scammed me and are not worthy of anyone's business. Shipping first of all takes forever. I needed a item for a trip to Alaska and now I have to do without. They ship the wrong product and won't fix it (to late for me now anyway) customer service is rude beyond belief! He told me to F off because I told him to not be so rude. My loss, don't let it happen to you!

Scammers. This company signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge costing $39.99 plus international fees. They have 3 different entities that are trying to get money out of my account. They have been listed as fraud and now my debit card is blocked. They go be the name of zaven, zen, and nuviasports. Now I have to call my bank tomorrow to get another card issued.

I was just notified by my bank of a pending $39.99 charge to my checking account from this company.
I never heard of them before this but my experience is similar to others on here.
I have to wait until the charge clears before I can dispute it and will do so ASAP.
I believe that they got my information from Belro, a company from whom I stupidly made a small purchase before checking them out.

I gave it a 1 star because I couldn't give it a 0. My husband bought a posture belt from Belro, who I guess is a scam partner to Shopzaven. We were charged by Belro for the belt, which looked like a 5 yr. old put it together. In the meantime, Shopzaven charged me twice for I don't know what. I tried to resolve that today, and after 5 calls to Shopzaven, being hung up on every time, and a nasty rude girl, I was told that I had not ordered anything from Shopzaven. (again, the charges were from Shopzaven) and that I apparently ordered from twitter or instagram, which I don't use, and that Shopzaven has no idea what I ordered. Called Belro after finding out they were associated with Shopzaven, and got the run around there also. The guy on the phone told me that they weren't scammers, because if they were, they would just keep charging me until they depleted my entire account. How reassuring. So I had to cancel my card at the bank, and wait for a new one.

This company is a fraudulent company that charges for items and continues to charge for items month after month even when a customer does not place new orders.

I notified my credit card immediately and told them to BLOCK any future charges from this despicable company.

That company is using my credit card online every month for $39.99 without my authorization and I never realized that until yesterday after 3 months. This is a 200% scam company, thieves, scumbags and so on, I’m going to cancel all my credits card only for that, because I don’t know how they found out my credit card number; I’m so pissed right now.

This is 100% a scam. I caught two monthly charges of $39.99 at this store that appeared out of nowhere on my bank statement. I think I ordered something from an online store with a different name and they tried charging me for a monthly warranty, I called that store to cancel my order but looks like they only cancelled the main purchase and they kept charging me monthly for the "warranty." Called to try and cancel the monthly payment and the customer service rep was extremely rude and dismissive. Do not buy anything from here!!
