Was rung during work hours when I was…
Was rung during work hours when I was unable to speak on phone and when I asked or a return call when I time to speak after4 I was told the person had no vacant spots ao I said not to worry ... he would remove me and then hung up .. I was going to book another day /time but he didn't give me a chance certainly won't be recommending

I was really worried this would be…
I was really worried this would be dodgy company so I asked my boss at work and she said it who she used they contacted me really quickly and set up was easy I'm now enrolled and it's alot cheaper than TAFE so I'm really happy.

I am still waiting for a call back that…
I am still waiting for a call back that was arranged for 2 pm last Wednesday.
I left an hour clear at 2 pm but did not receive the call until after 4pm and I was unable to take the call at that time.
No contact since then ,it is now Sunday .
I have given a rating of 1 because the choices do not go any lower.

Pushy. I just wanted information, but had to provide a phone number... then I wasn't able to get any information without them calling me. I had given a generic phone number to get the information. Didn't get any information, but got a lot of emails saying I had given the wrong number. Yeah, because I just want information I can peruse at my own leisure, not a sales person pushing me into joining. Thanks, but no thanks.
The way you push this means I will never enroll with Shortcourses.

Need to be more transparent on website
I would prefer to be able to read everything I need to read on the website or in the course guide without having to be contacted on the phone. Then to be able to call somebody if I do decide to move ahead with an application.
