I did not know about this company in Netherlands before, but I was looking for some huuuge beachballs of good quality. I thought that would be kinda easy to find, but I realized very quickly - it wasn’t.

UNTIL I found SHOSU! I love the quality of their product, the speed of delivery (even in another country!!) and fast costumer service.

Immer wieder Sehr Gute Qualität habe mehrfach Verschiedene Beach Bälle Bestellt.Sehr Gut fast un Kaputbar meine meine Frau und ihre Tochter sind darauf Geritten Geil einfach gut.Habe jetzt die die Doodle Beach Bälle bestellt und auch die sind ungesehen Top.Eben nicht 0815 aus dem Baumarkt Und wenn einer Beach Ball kann Dann SHOSU Norddeinde.

My package came to me, in a brown box which was soaking wet and the box it self that the beach ball was in was destroy, the paper work was wet, and everything fell apart. The company doesn't give you a deflated size and you think your getting a 35 inch size ball but it was 46 inches long! So its size is wrong. Then i return the ball, force to pay for shipping, when on there web site they state " Please note that free returns can only be used to return products purchased directly from SHOSU.nl" So they lied to me, and force me to pay for shipping when in fact right now, to return something over 4 pounds over seas is over $60! Not happy at all and its not worth buying from them.

De ontvangen bal is echt goed; stevig en ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat het jaren mee zal gaan. De kleur is zoals verwacht van de afbeeldingen.

De verzending was binnen de aangegeven termijn en stevig zat voor wat erin zat.

Jammer genoeg is de site soms wat buggy (waarschijnlijk alleen getest op Chrome) waardoor het soms lijkt alsof alles achter een grijze waas zit; het werkt verder wel maar is wat lastig leesbaar.

Sehr lange im Versand, Zoll und das in der EU per Einschreiben Brief A4!!!

Your doing a lovely job. The only critisism I do have is concerning the website.
The white shading makes it somewhat difficult to browse.

Products are excellent and service also freight prices !
Only problem is the reviews site is not in English or have a language choice.

I did have some order problems, but Shosu promptly fixed it. Great customer service

It got here just fine, I was just not pleased about getting a tracking number sent to me when it was on its way. I had to ask for it. The product and the packaging was very nice.
I just wish the info about the product had better cleaning tip.
If it was not for the tracking and more written info on the product.
This would have been a 5 stars.

I will be making a new purchase when newer product comes available

One of two items had a small hole in it when it arrived. I suppose because of the damaged plastic foil packaging. It is careless to send inflatable items in thin plastic packaging instead of carton packaging. Or maybe a production failure, because it was a thin little hole, that I tried to repair with glue.

There was a little hole in a hembrandt beachball.
