Very poor experience with Showers To You
We had a very poor experience with Showers To You.
We received a faulty (leaking) shower valve. Showers To You don't stock any parts themselves so had to contact the manufacturer, who eventually sent a replacement cartridge, which our plumber said was not the leaking part and refused to fit. A second, independent plumbing company confirmed that the part was faulty. We tried to ask Showers To You to send the full valve, but after two weeks they still hadn't managed to. All in all, we were without a shower and had our renovation held up for almost three weeks because of Showers To You's relationship with the supplier and need to ask them to send a part.
There was one saving grace that I must mention: Gillian, the support agent, was brilliant: very understanding, communicative, and efficient. She was held back by the company but did a stellar job. I can't fault her at all.

Good morning,
We are extremely sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with your Burlington Guild shower and the resolution process.
Having reviewed your case, we can see that following your report of the faulty shower valve provided to the manufacturer, they determined that a replacement thermostatic cartridge would rectify the issue. This was promptly despatched to you. However, unfortunately this did not appear to resolve the fault. As the supplier of the item, we immediately and repeatedly addressed the issue with the manufacturer to expedite a swift resolution for you. We can fully appreciate your disappointment that no resolution has been provided, as to date, we are still pressing the manufacturer for a response and will continue to do so.
We would like to express our sincere apologies that a satisfactory resolution was not provided for you. We also want to reassure you that this incident does not reflect our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and providing an exceptionally high level of customer service.
Additionally, we would like to thank you for your positive comments on our Team Member’s actions and hope this provides some reassurance of our dedication to providing our high standard of customer support.
Thank you again for taking your time to leave a review.
Kind regards
The Team at Showers to you.
Aqualisa Pinch Grip Shower head Holder
Recently purchased Aqualisa Pinch Grip Shower head Holder 25mm Chrome/Grey. Worked perfectly well on 20 year old gravity fed Aqualisa shower. Best price I could find before getting bored.

Ordered a Merlyn Pivot Shower Door and Panel using Showers2You for the first time. Great price and delivered within 2 days. Only advice is email received same day as ordering stating 'shipped' and will be direct shipment from supplier, but didn't hear again until delivery company contacted me a day later. So,maybe some confirmation from manufacturer confirming they had received order and maybe tracking details from them.
Overall though nothing to complain about and item arrived in perfect condition, will definitely use again.
