I purchased an Aqualisa Aquarian …
I purchased an Aqualisa Aquarian shower valve from Showerstoyou earlier this month. Competitively priced, was well packaged and arrived quickly. Unfortunately Aqualisa's own dimensional information was a little misleading and it was obvious once I had the valve in my hand that the backplate was not going to cover the holes in the tiles left by the old shower valve this was to replace.
Showerstoyou were extremely helpful, sending me a return code promptly and issuing a full refund shortly after I returned it.
Not a successful purchase in this case but no fault of Showerstoyou and I would certainly purchase from them again

Easy to order, delivery straight from manufacturer using there own truck and driver who phoned well before delivery to let me know. The Portland bath is great.

Very helpful staff. I purchased an item from them and was able to collect it the following day since I am local . Unfortunately, it arrived damaged—which can happen—but there were absolutely no quibbles and it was promptly replaced.

Very poor experience with Showers To You
We had a very poor experience with Showers To You.
We received a faulty (leaking) shower valve. Showers To You don't stock any parts themselves so had to contact the manufacturer, who eventually sent a replacement cartridge, which our plumber said was not the leaking part and refused to fit. A second, independent plumbing company confirmed that the part was faulty. We tried to ask Showers To You to send the full valve, but after two weeks they still hadn't managed to. All in all, we were without a shower and had our renovation held up for almost three weeks because of Showers To You's relationship with the supplier and need to ask them to send a part.
There was one saving grace that I must mention: Gillian, the support agent, was brilliant: very understanding, communicative, and efficient. She was held back by the company but did a stellar job. I can't fault her at all.

We are extremely sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with your Burlington Guild shower and the resolution process.
Having reviewed your case, we can see that following your report of the faulty shower valve provided to the manufacturer, they determined that a replacement thermostatic cartridge would rectify the issue. This was promptly despatched to you. However, unfortunately this did not appear to resolve the fault. As the supplier of the item, we immediately and repeatedly addressed the issue with the manufacturer to expedite a swift resolution for you. We can fully appreciate your disappointment that no resolution has been provided, as to date, we are still pressing the manufacturer for a response and will continue to do so.
We would like to express our sincere apologies that a satisfactory resolution was not provided for you. We also want to reassure you that this incident does not reflect our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and providing an exceptionally high level of customer service.
Additionally, we would like to thank you for your positive comments on our Team Member’s actions and hope this provides some reassurance of our dedication to providing our high standard of customer support.
