Drastische Preiserhöhungen am laufenden Band
Ich habe hier im März 2025 online einen Lagerraum angemietet. Mit dem Einzug hat alles gut geklappt.
Nur 6 Monate später kommt die erste Preiserhöhung um satte 25%.
Und im Mai 2026 kommt schon die nächste Preiserhöhung, diesmal um 30%.
Innerhalb von einem Jahr und drei Monaten ist die monatliche Miete von 107 auf 173,88 gestiegen!
Hallo? Shurgard? Jemand zu Hause? Wie weit wollt ihr dieses Spielchen noch treiben?
Und es gibt noch weitere Minuspunkte:
-Eine teure Versicherung muß obligatorisch abgeschlossen werden (außer die eigene Hausratversicherung deckt Lagerräume explizit ab, was man Shurgard nachweisen muß).
-Keine Kunden-WCs (Leider kein Scherz. Nachdem man stundenlang Möbel geschleppt hat, kann man sich hier nicht einmal die Hände waschen. Das allein zeigt schon deutlich, was man bei Shurgard von seinen Kunden hält...)
-Zugang zum Gebäude und Benutzung des Fahrstuhls nur mit App (Klingt vielleicht sinnvoll, aber wenn man mal im Fahrstuhl stand und weder vor noch zurück konnte, weil sich ohne Netz die App nicht öffnen ließ, denkt man definitiv anders darüber.)
Fazit und mein Rat: Wenn du einen Lagerraum für länger als 6 Monate suchst, gehe nicht zu Shurgard!

Ich habe mir bisher nur eine
Self Storage Box gemietet.
Ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter hat mich eingewiesen, wie bei Ihnen alles abläuft, mit Einlaß, wo die Box ist und wie man mit Schlüssel 🔑 und der App auf dem Grundstück zurecht kommt.
Das ist mein erster positiver Eindruck.
