Got told to f*** off
The chap at reception is the most miserable and rude person I’ve come across recently.
He told me to ‘f*** off’ when I was leaving.
I also asked for his managers information in which he said im the manager. I then proceeded to ask for his managers information because that’s not how businesses operate in which he responded he will not be giving away his ‘district managers’ details?
The whole dispute came from him not understanding that I needed to take some items from my storage unit in which he thought I was trying to open a contract. Even if this was the case he was so rude and said I’m dealing with university students you’ve got 10 minutes left and I won’t be opening one up for you.
Who is this bloke that can think he can act like that. Such a silly chap. I hope this gets looked into because he has ZERO customer service skills.
I would expect a full explanation behind this complaint, utterly disgraceful.
