Chris was a big help! Couldn't have done anything better. I was really worried about having to more all of my belongings into a self storage unit however, Chris made the experience enjoyable and carefully broke everything down for us as well as showed us everything we needed to know and do!

Fantastic service provided by Chris, went over and above to secure us the perfect storage solution. Would highly recommend Shurgard Epsom, brilliant, helpful staff, and excellent facilities.

My experience today at Shurgard was 10/10 Chris was made my signing up very quick and easy and was very helpful and informative would highly recommend this storage facility as it’s kept very clean and everything is to a very high standard

Was walked through the process by Paul at reception and was set up with a unit and on my way in less than 30 minutes.

So helpfull withy questions , I was all over the place worried and not sure what would be the best option and Paul helped me, made me feel secure and sure in what to take and directed me very calm and made me laugh as well. 100% I would choose it again and same person to look after me.

Really helpful and informative, helped me to understand in layman’s term eg download the app and access my storage and being shown how to use the keypad etc etc.

Chris was fantastic at Epsom. Was very friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was ever a problem and always had a smile on his face.

Wouldn't of used them if Chris wasn't working there as he went above what was required and would certainly use them again.

The staff at the Epsom branch are really friendly and helpful especially Chris who made the experience so much easier when we had to transfer to a bigger unit. The facility has an App which made gaining entry to the storage easy. Would definitely use again.

Nicola at the Ewell branch was fantastic in helping me with my storage unit.
A fair price too with the first month only costing £1.
