Everything was set and ready for me within 15 minutes of me arriving. Nicola was very helpful and assisted me with the sign up throughout. Will definetly recommend and use again.

No issues making a reservation online. The website explained everything clearly. When I met the Shurgard member of staff, Chris, he was really helpful and very friendly. He went the extra to explain how everything worked.

Excellent customer service and storage…
Excellent customer service and storage facilities.
We are new to using storage facilities and Nicola made the whole experience really simple and explained everything very clearly and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with our choice of Shurgard in Ewell and would highly recommend it to others

Fantastic service from Nicola at Epsom
Fantastic service from Nicola at Epsom. Very helpful, answered all my questions. Nothing too much trouble for her. So easy to organize a unit. Got a very good deal on the 1st months rent as well. Definitely 5A stars all the way.

Arranged storage with Shurguard Epsom. Have used them before. On this occasion, all staff very helpful, especially Nicola who assisted me in a wholly professional and helpful way beyond the call of duty.

As a former customer
As a former customer, I didn't hesitate to reopen my unit to help with some remodelling work I am doing. Since Covid arrived a few things have changed since I was last a customer here, including an enhanced online service that can set you up without needed to physically visit the office. After completing the online form, I had a call from helpful staff to confirm my unit was being prepped and next steps. I did still need to use the office and I was up and running within minutes again with helpful staff who made sure I had a key as I hadn't ordered one online because I kept my original one.
