Do not use this company. Awful service
Do not use Shurgard. Terrible service. I haven’t been able to access my unit at their Southwark site for two weeks now. Keep being told it’s a technical issue and will be fixed. I’ve had to rent another unit at Big Yellow Storage but can’t access my Shurgard unit to get my belongings. Shurgard is a terrible company with absolutely no customer service.

Online booking is very easy, padlock can be purchased in advance and and is waiting for you in the unit. Unit was clean and ready on time. Access is secured and controlled.
Trolleys are available, and there are toilets as well.
Happy with the service.
