New customer ordering shutter blind
I have only just placed an order for shutter blinds so cannot yet comment on the product. So far the online ordering process has been easy to follow with comprehensive measuring and installation instructions and subsequent communication has been excellent. So far so good.

Measuring - Guides were simple and easy to follow
Website - Easy to navigate and choose shutter options.
Design callback service is great for extra peace of mind.
Product - Very good overall. Had one minor scratch on one of the frames which was rectified with some touch-up paint with the help of customer service.
Fitting - Guides were simple and easy to follow. I'd recommend buying your own set of packers between the frame and window recess for inside mount frames.
Customer Service - Efficient and helpful answers to all questions and the Design call back. I've spoken to multiple people - Eliana, Michelle, Mathew, Alex - all great.

self measure instructions were simple…
self measure instructions were simple to follow for plantation shutters. The only company i found that has printable frame profiles . Once order was placed , Alex called 2 days later to run through order and discuss every specific detail . Re assuring to fine detail the order for manufacturing prior to payment . Gave me chance to ask questions and check my own
Tried another online company but aborted part way through as too many questions were un answered at point of order . Shutter store however i would recommend to anyone !
Manufacturing lead time seems quite lengthy but thats OK for bespoke made wood Shutters.

Once you grasp the basics of measuring your shutter the process is very simple.
The choice is very good and the price is very competitive.

We were looking to order shutters for my daughter’s property and came across The Shutter Store. After making contact with them, they were very extremely helpful in providing guidance in measuring and options in the best design for her windows.
A order was placed and on receipt of the goods after the designated period, we could not have been more pleased. The overall quality of the shutters was excellent and a lot of thought has gone into their manufacture including the frames. They were so well packaged as well they arrived in pristine condition. After fitting, they look tremendous so we would have no hesitation in recommending these to people considering shutters.
