Very disappointed!
Only after the order was confirmed was I told the estimated time for manufacturing would be 12-14 weeks. Had I known that, I would have gone to Home Depot. Very disappointed!

Couldn't be happier. The American Wood shutters are beautiful. These are nicer than the shutters at my local high-end window covering store. The finish (bright white) is perfect. They made it all the way to Michigan without a scratch. I ordered enough shutters for 10 windows and was able to install them all in one day, by myself. Spend $30 and get a laser measure, it makes ordering much easier. Every frame fit perfectly. Also, the freight company was wonderful. My order came on a pallet, and the brought it into my garage for me.

Incredible customer service and gorgeous shutters!
Jordan provided exceptional customer service. After a measurement mix-up on our end when ordering our plantation shutters, she went above and beyond anything we expected, and offered to remake our shutters for free. What could have been a very expensive mistake turned into an incredible experience because of her kindness and professionalism. We were honestly blown away by her generosity and kindness and are beyond grateful.
This turned a very stressful, expensive mistake into an incredible customer service experience. Jordan was kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us — something that is rare these days.

Eco Wood Shutters - poor frames fit
I ordered 2 Eco Wood Shutters (Full height).
+ ordering was easy.
+ shutters arrived on time, but did not get any shipping notification from The Shutter Store. UPS notified me that I had a shipment from an unknown company (Norman USA), that turns out were the shutters manufacturer.
+ shutters were easy to assemble.
+ I installed the frames with the provided corner frame joint blocks, but the frames did not fit tight and there is and approx. 1/8" visible corner gap between the 4 frames. This is very disappointing, and indicates the the frame cut angles were not exactly the same! I have photos to show.

To investigate this properly with our production facility, we’ve emailed you requesting photos of the gaps you mentioned. These images are essential for us to assess the issue accurately and find the right solution for you. So far, we haven’t received any photos, but as soon as you’re able to send them over, we’ll escalate this immediately with our factory team.
