Wonderful - our kitchen has just been completed and we are over the moon. We had an extension to allow for an open plan kitchen- living space and were drawn to the SieMatic furniture from the pure range with the lighting detail, unlike anything we had seen before. Great combination of stylish design and German engineering !

A seguito di lavori in casa, dopo venti anni ho sostituito la mia cucina ancora in ottimo stato marca Leicht con una Siematic. Non l’avessi mai fatto! Difatti Siematic nello spazio di pochi anni, si è rivelata fragile e non adatta all’utilizzo quotidiano: zoccolini che si staccano continuamente, guide dei pannelli a sostegno di cassetti scorrevoli o altri accessori che si levano, laccature del colore deboli che si aprano e si scrosta, copri viti che si staccano, lasciando le viti a vista con un risultato poco estetico, accessori in plastica poco resistenti. Per la fama che questa marca presume d’avere, non è certo un buon biglietto da visita. In tanti anni che ho avuto la Leicht, mai di tutto ciò. Vi è altro ma non voglio dilungarmi, comunque visto il costo richiesto, posso affermare che di certo, non li vale.

I ordered a SieMatic kitchen in March of 2016. In June they installed the wrong kitchen but refused to believe it. 2.5 long months later they finally came, took one look and admitted it was wrong. So 3 months after that they installed the new kitchen---but something must have gone awry in the production process because not all the panels were the same colour. Again, they refused to believe it---finally came, did a scan and lo and behold--there are literally different shades of blue panels next to each other instead of a uniform look. Their own scans show different colours and they emailed me to confirm this.

They DO NOT take responsibility for their errors and attempt to blame the buyer. They are now refusing to fix the wrong panels nor refund the 'custom colour' charge. I'm stuck with a ridiculous looking kitchen with 3 shades of blue. For the money, I expected a company that cared about providing a good service--instead I got stonewalling, blame and ultimately a refusal to provide what I paid and contracted for. This was a terrible experience at every stage of the process.

Die Fronten haben eine tolle Haptik. Alles ist vollständig 100%ig perfekt lackiert.
Keine Grate, keine Kanten. Alles wirkt sehr massiv. Wie aus einem Guss. Vor allem die Steinarbeitsplatte.
Softclose schließt sanft, gleichmäßig und präzise.
Die masssiven Griffe sind sehr fest fixiert. Man hat den Eindruck, als könne ein Kleinkind daran Kletterübungen machen, ohne dass gleich alles herausbrechen würde. Zu dem positiven, materiellen Aspekt, gesellt sich ein zuvorkommender, kompetenter und ehrlicher Kundenservice.
Die Siematic ist nicht preiswert, aber definitiv ihren Preis wert.
Die Farbe kommt in unserem Haus übrigens noch besser zur Geltung, als auf den Musterpanels.
Hier ist es ja immer ein kleines Vabanquespiel von einem kleinen Ausschnitt auf ein großes Gesamtes zu schließen.
Bei uns hat es perfekt gepasst. Eine tolle Aufwertung des ganzen Wohn-Ess-Küchentraktes.

Hingucker, Qualität, Haptik, Optik, Service....mehr geht nicht..
