Great books. Purchased twice already but I gave a 2 star as the books delivered on my 2nd purchase was soaked in water. I sent pics through to Sifatusafwa and they told me its not their issue but an issue with the local courier (which I did not choose) and no assistance from sifatusafwa.

Ordered more than a few books from this store & I would be lying if I say I wasn't pleased. Alhamdulillah, all books arrived exactly as described in amazing quality, nothing to complain about whatsoever. They also have amazing customer service which is always helpful.

Excellent packaging and shipping is easy. I live in France and I usually get my books few days after the order.

If I may add something, it would be cool to have more History books, and even unknown ones or books which have not been published as much as they could have been ( History lover , I think you notice that^^)

Besides this, keep the excellent work 👍

Sifatusafwa is excellent! The packaging was professional and shipping was really fast, and most importantly, communication was really amazing, with very prompt responses, which makes the whole experience an excellent one for the customer IMHO. Highly recommend!

I ordered several books from here from a really huge variety. Shipping was super fast and reasonably priced, and the books were very well packaged and very good quality. Some books I wanted were out of stock, but customer service said they would be available soon. Will definitely come back for more in shaa Allah.

Sent books right away. Got them faster than expected and they were very responsive when I requested information.

They have every book that I need, the website is beatiful and they have fast shipping. They did a mistake in my order but they pad for shiping and sent me the books. Customer service is 110% and website` and books are 120%

Good costumer service and the website has a good overview..

I ordered a few books yesterday. I can see my payment has been accepted and taken from my bank account, but the books have not been shipped. Hope it’s a temporary glitch.
Update: Responded to my email and shipped the books.
