Not sure i would recommend this company at all. Did not turn up on agreed fitting date, when i called them 3 hours after they should have arrived they said they'd broken down and had forgotten to call me as hoped to still get there, but reorganised for day after. Fitting went well apart from glass being missing so having to wait several hours for this to be delivered, doors did look great. However, within a couple of months issues began to occur with the doors where they would not open or close properly. Called them several times and did not answer or return calls or emails. When eventually spoke to someone visit arranged but did not turn up, another visit arranged and again did not turn up. Now looking at legal action to get these fixed.

Our window and door look great however the Customer service is absolutely appalling, nobody replies to emails and very rarely answer the phone. We’ve had a problem after fitting and remain awaiting an update on when this will be rectified. Very disappointing.

Everything from sale to installation went very smoothly. I'm very happy with the workmanship and aftersales service. Highly recommended.

The planning stage was a two way process where Signature listened to our requests and responded positively when things needed to change. Once ordered the window and door we had fitted were fitted with excellent care and attention and we were delighted with them both. Would recommend without reservation!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish for a full house windows and doors. Pricing was the best in the uk and fitting was very smooth.

Where do we start? Awful Service.

I decided to approach this company after being repeatedly let down by another local fitter. As a Middlesbrough FC season ticket holder, I chose Signature Windows and Doors because they describe themselves as a Middlesbrough FC Premium Partner, and I therefore assumed their business would operate to the same high standards and professionalism associated with the club.

On 20th August 2025, a sales representative visited my property, and I paid a deposit towards the agreed total of £2,150.00 for the supply and fitting of the door, including lintel installation and brick removal. I was advised the installation would take place within 4–6 weeks and that someone would be in touch to confirm the exact date. A survey was later carried out, but I received no further communication.

I called their office on 18th September 2025 to chase the installation and was offered Thursday 2nd October, which I accepted.

However, on 30th September, I received a call from a member of your team stating, “Sorry, we can’t install your door today as the bricklayer has called in sick.” I explained that my installation was not scheduled until 2nd October, to which he responded that there must have been a mix-up, but confirmed 2nd October was still fine.

On 2nd October, I was contacted again and told that the door had not yet arrived from the manufacturer, despite previously being informed on 18th September that everything was ready and the door was in stock. I was then offered a new installation date of Saturday 4th October 2025.

Although this disrupted personal plans family, I accepted the date because the door is essential for my business, and further delay would cause financial loss. I was assured installation would take place at 10am on Saturday. No one arrived. I tried calling their office repeatedly, but received no answer. I even drove to their premises, only to find the office closed, despite their Google listing showing that you they open until 4pm

Frankly, this experience falls far below the standard any customer should expect, let alone from a business publicly associated with a reputable football club like Middlesbrough FC. It is deeply concerning that your company uses the club’s badge and partnership status to inspire customer trust, only to deliver such unprofessional service.

Big Thank you to John and Scott. Excellent service. They've just spent two days working non stop fitting nine windows, & front door. They tidied up and took old fittings away. Very professional, polite and witty. We would highly recommend them. If we could give them more than 5 stars 🌟, we would. Very happy from start to finish. Windows and front door look fabulous. The quality and look is even better than expected and at great affordable price. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Signature Windows, service and communication has been excellent from start to finish. Thank you again John & Scott, you definitely deserve to relax this weekend after working so hard.

Just had our windows and doors doors replaced yesterday, a great job done by Ian and Alan and nothing was too much trouble. We would have no qualms about using Signature again in the future, we live in an old terraced house and have a lot of noise from traffic..the noise has been greatly reduced..thank you Signature!.

Excellent. All the people I have spoken to have been so good. They've explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. The installation went smoothly and they completed all the work to a great standard.

Had half the windows and french doors in the house done with Signature doors and windows. Really smooth, transparent and quick process from salesman to the installation team. Really pleased with our new windows and will be using them again for the other half!
