Excellent from start to finish.no pressure,clear information.chris the agent,great choice...explained what was wanted.. was able to show us that ,and variations.survey was done ..another plus .no fuss.then star of the show .. Chris canwell who fitted it.beautiful quality job over the moon with door.chris quiet and very professional.we will be getting him back to sort windows .price ,fine . excellent value.so nice to be able to praise a firm .and enjoy the experience.

Great experience with this company from the initial consultation to the end result. We had a leak in the roof of our porch and also needed new french doors. There was no hard sell at the consultation and we felt very confident to go ahead. Fitter Chris and Gareth arrived on time and worked on the new roof over 2 days and Chris finished off on his own on the third day (what a worker - it was heavy rain all day and he got soaked - but he worked non-stop!) - there was some unavoidable mess which they cleared up and they took all the rubbish away. We are very happy with the end result - brilliant - thank you!

What a great service and a great fitter, was on time was really friendly and left the house and yard spotless. Would definitely be recommend to anybody looking for windows and doors.

Chris and the guys did a fantastic job of fitting a new window & frame and new front door. Excellent quality of product and workmanship.
Only improvement is communication could be better. Having been told a new barrel for the door would be ordered that day, we were then told almost a week later that they couldn't order a new barrel or more keys but that we could order more of the same keys from the manufacturer. A phone call telling us that, the same day or day after being told they would be ordered would have better, instead of leaving it to Chris to tell us when he came to fit the patio door panes.
We would recommend using Signature to anyone, both Chris and Georgia (in the office) were very helpful and professional with Georgia following up with the guarantee and checking on the status of a couple of queries we had.

Excellent job done on a new tiled roof and gutters for a conservatory, very happy

Chris and Dave turned up to a right tricky job because we were up a hill and the rear of the property wasn’t easy to access. Them lads were amazing, in and out and really clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Sorry forgot to leave a review until today when I recommend you to a friend. Had 4 windows, including a large bay approx 7x6foot single pane of glass, fitted a few weeks ago.
John and his team were spot on. No mess, ground sheets, polite and worked well together. John obviously very experienced, no issues fitting.
Have to say we did have a slight issue with the pane of glass for the bay but quickly solved and just one fitting date cancelled.
All windows are good quality and I have nothing to complain about at all. Speak as I find. Highly recommend.

Worst expierence ever.
5 months ago got fited new windows, with one off them now is problem/ poor seal and window didnt close.
Had 8 x times call them and book apointment still nobady come out to fix. All they keep promising... but no action.
So time to move claims court.

Excellent service. Was eligible for the grant and knocked a good amount of the price. About what we were expecting. Fitted in quick for a installation date. Workmen that came were lovely. Professional and polite. Kept all rooms clean and tidy.

Professional company that completed installation of patio doors well. The price was reasonable, additionally communication for the most part was good. Only issue was an administrative error that was resolved.

Had a front door changed. Signature Windows arrived in time. In no time, the old door was removed and the new door fitted. He also cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend this company.

However, the lock mechanism broke quickly and I contacted Signature Windows. They came out 2 months later and stated that they need to order the new part. This was over 2 months ago. I emailed and messaged but no communication at all from the company. They are very quick if they want a sale but it is difficult to get them back out if anything gets wrong. I couldn't leave through my front door and they did not care. No contact whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend this company. Will have to go through citizens advice and small claims court.

Very good experience. Contact/communication was good. Arrived on schedule and worked continuously during the day, completing the works to a very high standard and a very clean worker. Reasonably priced against competition. Could recommend
