I made a double order mistake and sent an email right when I discovered it and my rep Suzy took care of it right away and communicated that to me as well usually you dont hear back from customer service support for several days after putting in a request if you hear anything from them at all thank you 1 very satisfied customer

I ordered some sea glass ornaments from Silentchic, they are beautiful. However I received less of them than I was expecting. Their customer service took care of the issue immediately. They are great to deal with.

Scammers

I ordered merchandise nearly a month ago. It still has not arrived. No updates from the company. No communication whatsoever. Very disappointing. Will never order from these scammers again. I do NOT recommend them. Please don’t waste your money.

Only fits tiny people and it's 2x

First, when there is a problem, there is no working way to reach them. Second, if you're taller than 5'4", just skip the shirts. I ordered a 2x. All of my t-shirts are 2x. The one I received is so tiny it may be an adult medium. Also, this isn't cotton and not at all worth the price. I want my money back. Sick and tired of rip offs.

Can’t contact this company

I’ve tried to contact Silent Chic 3 times and when I use their preferred email it comes back stating no such email address. I also used a name Olivia at her email address and it came back the same. Once they got my money, I’ve not heard from them. BEWARE ordering from this company. I honestly think this is a scam.

Poor shopping experience

Long waiting,shipping delays from china , poor quality order was for XL received small or medium size way too smaller for XLstill having trouble getting instructions for refund . This was ordered in August and delivered in November and now trying to get resolved for refund 66$for 3 shirts.

I ordered the wrong size

I ordered the wrong size. Molly was so helpful on fixing my order without any additional cost. I love the shirts, but they run a bit on the small side so I recommend ordering up a size.

Return Policy

They allowed me to return the pants I bought for free and I didn't have to actually ship the pants back because of the high shipping cost. I bought the wrong size and there was no hassle in the return at all.

Slow and Confusing.

It took almost a month to receive my order. The two tracking orders brought no response at all. Finally,I wrote a HELP note from their site. No response. It finally arrived today, sent from China. I kind of got the impression that the company was in the UK. Also, one style had no tag and no info on what the garment was made from. Two did. I went on line and did not see any kind of material mention on any.
