Delivery was fast and really great quality which i didn’t expect for the price

Probably the best PJs ever. I hate PJs usually as they twist on your legs as you sleep, these are the only ones I have that have never done this. They are soft and cosy but not too warm. I love them. The sizing is fine and accurate and postage was very quick. I will be back to buy more

Sweater arrived and looked nothing like website images, i received a huge old fashioned granny jumper. So bad i wouldn't have it given. I contacted the company to arrange to return the goods as they were ‘not as described’ and they said to go ahead and return with shipping label they provided. The following week they gave a partial refund of £22 instead of £28.99!! They felt the need to charge me initial and return shipping for their misrepresentation. Shoddy treatment from a shoddy company, don't waste your money with them !!!

Really good quality clothes for the price. Feel soft and lovely, generous sizes. Speedy delivery. Just be careful, returns are easy but not free.

Great quality jumpers. I ordered 13 fir a team meeting and they arrived in time and we were all over the moon with them. I had to contact customer services a couple of times and the reply was prompt & courteous. Would totally recommend!

Great quality and great value best place for Christmas garments

Ordered a couple of times from here, really prompt informative delivery details & delivery. Quality of products excellent, and something for all the family even our little fur babies.

Good quality jumpers, we picked classic designs, beight colours. Seem to have washed well.

The product quality is good, and customer service are responsive.

However the sizing is slightly small, so I had to get a bigger size. This, did mean that I had to place a new order and only because I questioned about having to pay again for shipping I was given a voucher code to avoid this, their shipping fee to customers is £3.99, but only because I asked I was able to avoid it, if I hadn't I would have had to pay for it.

For the return/exchange the website asks you to fill out a form and on it, it had that returns were £4.95 including exchanges, the procedure to do an exchange is to place a new order, where you get charged shipping £3.99 if under £50.

As I was given the free shipping code for the replacement order I was happy to go ahead and return the jumper that I didn't need at the costs on their website £4.95. After filling out the form, I received a message stating that they would issue the refund once the jumper was received minus the shipping costs of £5.95, not £4.95 they advertised it on the website. When I queried this, they replied that it was £5.95 and apologised for the misinformation. They then updated their website to the new fee. But did not offer to honour what was originally advertised.

So in summary, if the clothing doesn't fit or you don't like it, you will need to fork out an additional £11 to get it replaced, especially if you don't question it. I wouldn't mind paying one shipping charge to fix the issue, but what was disappointing was the higher fee to carry out the return even after proving what was being advertised.

Wish I had tried this company sooner. I ordered pyjamas and jumpers and the quality is fantastic, the pyjamas are lovely and soft, very nice material and the jumpers are warm and well made too. The sizing is perfect too. They were delivered all the way to the highlands within two days. I will definitely use this company again and would 100% recommend.

Great Christmas jumper
Just received my jumper today having looked far and wide for a new one for this Christmas and finding that there isn’t much around for men. Then came across Secret Santa.
The jumper from them looks fantastic was a really good price and arrived promptly. Excellent service

Good quality jumper. Quick service. I'm usually a size 10/12 and ordered a small based on the measurements but it was a bit snug so had to return for a medium. Check the return policy as they deduct a fee from the refund. Had I checked I would probably have ordered the medium to start with
