Silver cross was really good. I had problems with another company I had ordered the pram from. However I contacted silver cross about it and were really helpful. They sorted out an order for me and it came the next day. Yet the other company kept delaying the delivery.

Excellent service very good price for a quality product. Purchased for occasional use for grandchildren so haven't actually used yet except to try out.

Quick, efficient, great quality

Great product, but extremely difficult customer service experience trying to resolve a missing configuration issue and we’ve been going back and forth for weeks without any resolution. I’m extremely disappointed for a luxury stroller company to handle my situation in this manner.

My children are 33, 31,22. now and I made this choice for silvercross as I've always found them to be great quality and nothing has changed if anything theyre are good at staying with trends. So I felt if they were good enough for my children then they are definitely the best for my grandson. Thankyou for your great craftsmanship im sure I won't be disappointed.

We ordered the breez pram in pewter (bassinet, stroller and car seat). We tried it out in a store first and liked how lightweight it is in comparison to other prams as well as manouverable. Its a really smart looking travel system which I cant wait to use to show off baby. It collapses easily and is compratively good value for money when buying the bundle. The car seat is easy to use and makes getting little one out of the car a doddle. Having the car seat attachable to the pram unit is also great so you dont have to disturb baby. The only negative I have is that the assembly instructions werent super clear. My partner had to google how to open the bassinet but its easy once you know how

Products all seem good. However the order and delivery experience was disruptive to us. The items were listed as "pre order", but it was then dispatched immediately and arrived within a couple of days. Whilst this sounds positive it was in fact disruptive and unhelpful. Had we known it was stocked and the estimated delivery would simply be a couple of days we would have ordered the following week or even later to better suit our availability to accept the order. Instead we had to rearrange our work. I don't know if this is a mistake on the website or is intended to pressure people into ordering sooner than they need.

Ordered online, delivered promptly. Bought for my grandson to use when staying away from home. My daughter loves it, very easy to assemble with a comfy mattress.

My granddaughter who is going to be one soon has the Silver Cross Pram/buggy, Cot and mattress and travel cot. When there was a slight problem with the travel cot Amber and Jenny were absolutely wonderful and from start to finish everything was resolved satisfactorily within a few days. Aftercare is so very important and the help I received from Customer Services was exemplary 👍😊

This car seat is awful to much padding which caused my 3 week old to stop breathing as her head tilted forward and it cut off her airways i had to administer CPR to her. I am never relaxed while travelling. She looks so uncomfortable in it but I cant afford a new one.

Purchased Silver cross car seat for are 4 year old grandson, received delivery within 48 hours, price was good and seat is of very good quality.
Seat is easy to take in and out of car which I am doing frequently with us not using it all the time with it being for are grandson.
