Their customer service is sublime
Their customer service is sublime, absolutely exceptional. Their car seats are also very good with great quality and so easy to use. Had a minor issue with the pull cord loop on my Allmotion 2 360 parting at the seem and silvercross replaced it within 2 working days and collected the old seat all FoC. They are absolutely brilliant and can highly recommend
I am so disappointed with my Dune 2…
I am so disappointed with my Dune 2 pram and I would not have bought it at all if I had known how poor the design was.
I spent such a lot of money on the bundle which I bought through John Lewis and I hate using this pram with my 7 month old. The main design fault is the harness, which is unfit for purpose. I find it hard to believe someone designed this magnetic hardness expecting a child to sit still for it to be secured together. With winter clothing as well, she is 7 months old and average in size, but it is almost impossible to do it up. How will I be able to use this pram when she is 3-4 years old?
The wheels do catch very easily and considering it is advertised for city living, I live in a pathed area and I still find it hard to use on normal paths. It is pointless having wheels being sold like this, in my opinion.
The reason for 1 extra star is that my pram was collected and they did replace the wheels and faulty canopy, which I’m pleased they did. They also did send a box for it to be sent off so this was all positive. However, the harness is the main significant issue and it was considered not faulty but the design is ridiculous.
I find it difficult to accept that I am meant to ‘just live’ with this pram because the hardness is designed like this and I don’t want to use it. Especially with it being one of the most expensive purchases for my baby.
I sadly would not recommend a Silver Cross pram to anyone.

Contacted regarding a faulty product. It was unfortunately out of warranty by a couple of months but the customer service team were extremely helpful and offered to replace the item on this occasion. Fab customer service and always a very prompt response to any queries.

Recycling scheme for car seats …
Just a quick feedback to share about silver cross recycling scheme, where they arrange a courier to pick up unwanted car seats. Silver cross provided me with the packaging for the seat and collected in the same week. I provided them with the suitable day and time for me and everything was arranged just by an exchange of emails and wrapping the seat in the packaging they provided. We are silver cross users in our household and I have several of their items for our baby, which are of a good quality. I’d like to give credit where credit is due and promote this lovely and easy initiative where car seats do not end up in a landfill!

Silver Cross car seat recycling
I was really pleased that Silver Cross offered a recycling service for their car seats - no-one else seems to. The process was so easy. I wish more companies would do this.
Silver Cross’s customer service is excellent
Silver Cross’s customer service is excellent! Our buggy, after two years of use, was becoming unstable and the whole process of contacting the team was seamless and very efficient.
They sent a box for the return of the buggy for service/repair and when they found that it wasn’t repairable they offered a new one.
We were happy to accept this and the new one arrived within three days.

The customer service from Silver Cross was amazing. From the initial contact to the resolution all the customer advisors I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. The process of returning our broken pram and receiving a replacement one took under 2 weeks.
Recycled car seat experience
We ordered the Dream interconnecting car seat and base, bassinet and pram chair before our daughter arrived. We knew Silvercross was a fantastic brand so felt safe in the knowledge all of the products were high quality.
Our daughter had grown out of the rear facing car seat so bought a new one. We were then left with the old car seat, horrified that I may have to send it to landfill. I was very happy that Silvercross offers a recycling scheme. I sent a query, they answered next day. They send out packaging for the car seat and base via DPD. Once this had arrived, customer services organised for DPD to come and collect whenever was convenient for me.
I found the whole experience super easy and convenient and very happy knowing it’s being recycled.

Cove travel system
I got the Cove 10 piece travel system and so far it has been absolutely faultless. The car seat is super easy to carry and secure in the car. The pram/bassinet is beautiful and I have been on many walks with my newborn. The customer service was wonderful- special thanks to Sophie for helping me find my perfect pram!
Excellent recycling scheme
We owned a newborn car seat which functioned well. Importantly Silver Cross have their own recycling scheme where their car seats and pushchairs can be returned by post and recycled. Otherwise, these are very difficult to recycle and baby banks don't routinely accept them.

A fantastic company! Have used them since 2021 for my silver cross wave travel system, additional car seats and now our stroller.
You just can’t beat the quality of silver cross! After 2 babies our travel system is as good as brand new. We’ve just sold it to a new couple having their baby and they couldn’t believe how new it looks. Believe me when I say it’s had some hammer, we’ve had it abroad, all terrains, it weathers so well.
Love the craftsmanship of the build and customer service is first class. If I need to buy a new pram in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to get silver cross again. A brilliant British brand!

Broken zip
My bag zip was broken and I got in contact with the silver cross customer service team and they were amazing. The problem was sorted within two days and I had a brand new bag delivered along with brand new accessories! Could not fault the service I had 😊
We've had the Reef 2 special edition…
We've had the Reef 2 special edition travel set since Jan this year. The pram is exactly what I was looking for, we've found it to be very sturdy and comfy for our baby with the transition from the basinet to the seat. We recently had an issue with our rucksack and made contact with Silver Cross. They sent out a replacement rucksack with no issue. I'd recommend the whole travel system and we were even happier with the level of customer service following the issue we had and how quickly it was ressolved.

When my daughter’s Silver Cross Bromley bedroom suit was damaged during moving, I emailed customer services at Silver Cross to see if they could help. I was so pleased treat with professionalism and compassion. For my daughter this was an upsetting time, but the team at Silver Cross helped in a manner that took the stress away, answering emails promptly with a friendly tone. Within 48hrs the replacement parts had been ordered and dispatched.
Well done Silver Cross you have developed a culture of good customer service a culture that few businesses get correct these days.
