Really helpful and supportive

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Silver Cross Dune & Newborn Pod Bundle. The Newborn Pods belly band which has velcro closing was rendered DANGEROUS & completely uselss after just 1 short stroll. The belly bands velcro strips stick to the fabric and have completely ripped the fabric leaving loose, long elasticated threads all over the pod. They can very easily wrapped around an infants finger or worse!!!! In my case, The pushchair seat has one leg strap on the magnetic harness shorter than the other. So even without the Pod I have no safe way to secure my newborn infant in this unit. The Dune comes with a cup holder that, even on the smoothest of footpaths, splashes hot coffee all over the unit & the infant inside. The wheels on the Dune are so narrow that the unit tips forward on its 2 front wheels sending the rear wheels up in the air with newborn inside. Ive been asked to send a video of this....Seriously, do you actually want proof of me harming my chid or a video of him in ICU before you will act on my very serious concerns. The bundle is completely useless to me as it cannot be used safely! Maxi Cosi Cabriofix Car Seat is an alternative (recommended) infant seat & I purchased this as their own Silver Cross car seat was extremely heavy. I purchased the recommended Universal adaptors for the seat from the same stockists. They leave the Maxi Cosi shaking all over the place as the unit is being wheeled. The customer Service provided by Silver Cross stockist in Ireland is appalling (David Lowe) and I have been left with a product I cannot use, along with all the extras I forked out for footmuff (€145, Seat Liner x 2 €110) I have contacted them numerous times to explain that perhaps my unit could have a production fault but they dont want to admit this. no other option but to purchase another newborn bundle that I can use safely. Shocking customer service for Irish Customers!!!! I have done all in my power to get David Lowe to resolve but they continue to avoid and lie to me via email,evennoffered a new replacement but on collection it was a damaged shop floor model, therefore I am hoping Head Office (UK) can see this and step in

Oh no! Where have all the nuts and bolts gone?
I had to convert my grandson's toddler back back into its cot configuration for the recently arrived grandson2, the upgrade. Sadly, most of the parts had gone missing in recent house move. The girl at Silver Cross swiftly identified the exact model of cot/bed and sent me the entire bag of parts within 48 hours. Grandson2 is now happily burbling away is his newly assembled cot and all is good with his world. Absolutely stellar customer service!

Great customer service. Was looking for replacement shoulder pads for my Silvercross Clic stroller. The colour wasn’t on the website so I contacted customer service online. They responded within 24 hours with a payment link to process the order.

I bought a great quality REEF pram and car seat for our first born. Its served us very well. It is heavier than other models but very good quality.
I was especially pleased by the handling of a faulty it developed after 18 months, the standard 3 year warranty meant I got it sent off, fixed and back to me in a week. Very good service!
We bought a full Onyx couloured set
We bought a full Onyx couloured set, Chair, Basinet, Hood. The hood of which has faded not once, but twice on two occasions with in six months of use. We initially contacted and received a replacement only for it to fade once again to the point it looks arguably worse than the original, Imagine if someone had poured bleach over the entire hood. (We live in Scotland before anyone thinks sunlight). We have attempted to return it but are being told its fair wear and tear rather than a fault of some sort. Funnily the Basinet is still the original colour it is just the hood that seems to suffer from the intense fading. We bought Silver Cross on both of our mothers suggestions but would now with our experiences hazard against anyone buying this "Once Great British Brand".

Astor cot
We had be giving an Astor cot by our neighbours for our grandchild. Unfortunately it was a model that had been discontinued and there were screws missing. Silver Cross were excellent and sent a batch of screws, very quickly, however a couple had been omitted due to a packing error. The customer service was extremely responsive and very helpful and sent the missing screws the next day by DPD. I cannot fault their service. 5 star. ⭐.
Camberwell cotbed
I have been gifted a Camberwell cotbed for our grandchildren but some of the fixings were missing. I originally phoned for another model but discovered when taking the cot bed apart I ordered the wrong parts. I phoned back and it wasn't any trouble at all, they just agreed to swap over the parts for the correct ones. I then discovered I couldn't find the assembly instructions online. I called again and asked for the instructions which were sent on email. So impressed with the help I got today and looking forward to seeing my grandson in his new cotbed.
Silver Cross living on past glory
We bought a Silver Cross "Special Edition" pram in 2019 when our first grandchild was born, believing SC to be the "creme de la creme". Little did we know how wrong that was.
Our first grandchild - born in 2019 - and second grandchild born in 2022 both successfully used it until the pram base wouldn't fold up to put in the car. It was obvious that the grip button on the handle wasn't retracting the clips, so I contacted SC customer services, only to be told they don't have parts. FIVE YEARS old (at the time), and they don't have parts?!! As the pram was unusable, I did my own work on it, and quickly found that the design was poor - the cable (very like a bicycle brake cable) had frayed on both sides of the button, and broken on one side. I contacted SC again, only to be given the same answer.
If they don't have any cable, how on earth do they manufacture new prams?
I am disgusted with their attitude. I had hoped to have it repaired, then hopefully gift it to a family who may not be able to afford a SC pram and would appreciate it. Instead, it will have to go to our recycling centre, a waste of our money and a chance to help someone in need.
The lesson - avoid Silver Cross. They used to make excellent prams, but they are are now living on a currently undeserved reputation with no interest at all in dissatisfied customers.
Great product and after sales service
We've had fantastic experience with Solver Cross from initial purchase to after care. The quality of their strollers and car seats are amazing and we've never had any issue with them. When reaching out to them for advice, they were very prompt with their response. I can't complain at all. Nice to have a company like this when the safety of your kids is involved. We were happy with everything that we purchased for our first baby that we decided to go with Silver Cross again once we had our second baby. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately
Unfortunately, the stroller’s mechanism is quite weak. The folding system feels flimsy and often gets stuck, making it frustrating to use. After just a few weeks, it is impossible to unfold it to put in the car. I expected better quality for the price. Would not recommend for daily or long-term use.

Outstanding customer service from Silver Cross. I called to ask if I could buy a replacement tray for my baby granddaughter’s high chair. I spoke to a lovely lady who was so understanding when I explained the situation to her.
She arranged for a replacement tray and it was delivered next day. My granddaughter is now sitting happily in her chair again.
Excellent customer service. We are very appreciative.

Do not buy a pram from silver cross or John Lewis. Our Reef pram has a serious safety flaw where my child tips totally upside down - this happened on a dangerous road and scared both her and I. They are asking me to send a video of it happening again before they will even look at it!!!! Asking to put a child through that is down right irresponsible and I should be getting a full refund so I can go buy a pram from a better manufactured brand so my child’s saftey isn’t at risk on roads. It is a shame to see Silver cross not take any proactive measures to help me even tho my product is in guarantee. My advice it to stay well away and head to a better brand.

Excellent customer service
Hello. I received my replacement part within a matter of days of putting a claim in with silvercross RE a snapped piece of the hood on my pram. I even got sent clear digital instructions on how to change it at home myself. It has been changed and works perfectly. Thank you so much for helping resolve it, sending it so promptly and keeping so in touch throughout the process! Great customer service. Thanks again.

I hate to leave such a bad review for brands that can ruin a reputation please don't take this lightly.
After using the high chair we purchased for one week, there are huge cracks up the chair legs. Not only is this unsafe but I would never expect something like this level of damage to happen after one week of use ESPECIALLY at this price point.
Speaking to their customer service was a nightmare. For people work selling any products you think they'd want to make busy tired parents life easier but they ran me around like a headless chicken, time waisted and would not give me a refund. In the end, Amazon gave me my money back.
The chair itself - negatives (sorry no positives)
- When you actually look at the chair, it's made of really bad plastic and the seat is very hard to clean.
- The tray is tiny!!! You can't put standard size bowels or plates on.
- No foot rest (there should be to prevent choking hazards and baby not sitting upright
- No way to adjust the seat itself
- Definitely a trip hazard
I wish I had never wasted my time on this company with such bad customer service, I wouldn't bother!!
