I ordered three items after seeing an ad. While the hair oil seems nice, lightweight, and handles frizz well, a company is only as good as how they treat their customers and Silvering's business practices feel incredibly scammy.
The company claims that they will get back to you within 24 hours, however, I emailed them three times: first for a product inquiry (ignored), after ordering to get the right shade exchanged (ignored), and finally to just get a refund (ignored). All I get are automated emails saying they received my message.
To make matters worse, they don't even allow customers to leave independent reviews on their website. What are they hiding from?
There are too many great haircare companies out there that actually value their customers after taking their money.
I'm leaving this here on Trustpilot because they refuse to let real customers speak on their own site. Do not recommend.

UPDATE: I finally got a response within minutes only after I emailed them a final notice threatening a credit card dispute and a Better Business Bureau report. Which clearly tells me that they are actively reading their inbox; they just choose to ignore you until you threaten legal action.
Even worse, they emailed me claiming they processed a refund, but a friend of mine said don't drop the dispute until you actually see the refund, and she was right. It was a total lie to get me to drop the dispute. I am moving forward with a chargeback through my credit card. Do not give this company your money!

Der Kundenservice dagegen ist grauenvoll. Meine letzte Lieferung ist in Schweden verloren gegangen, dies nachdem ich die Zollgebühren bezahlt habe. Auf die Bitte hin die Lieferung nochmals auf den Weg zu bringen, wurde wieder an die falsche Adresse versendet. Auf meine zahlreichen Mails an den Kundenservice habe ich keine einzige Antwort erhalten.

I have purchased several products from Silveringbeauty and they are all fabulous. The Border Line Double is a favorite and so much fun to add shadow root, or to just fill in sparse areas where your scalp shows. The brow kit and the Shine n Define oil are also the best out there. I can't wait to try all the products in the line. Please, please keep them coming.

I finally heard back from Customer Support - apparently some emails were going to spam. They are now calling Canada Post for me and will get me the product I ordered while waiving shipping fees. I appreciate their action on this and am looking forward to receiving their products.

I am very confused. I wrote the company, they said they are based in Canada. Your website says they are based in the usa. What is real? I will not do business with the company until I see more reviews here.

The products came but I did not care for them. I went through all the necessary steps to initiate a return, but I never heard from them (they claim they review all requests and respond within 24 to 48 hours). I sent two follow up emails (one supposedly directly to the owner) and still there was no reply. I eventually had to go to my credit card company to get the charges reversed.

Never received my order. They kept promising it would ship soon, and then I got a notification it had shipped, but I waited several more weeks and it never came. Finally, after nearly 3 months I got ahold of them and they refunded my money.
