The ring I got is very beautiful and the engraving was done very neatly. The ring had a chip/scrape and was a bit big so had to send it back for touch up and resizing. It was literally just a few days and we got the ring back spotless and beautiful. Service was fast and staff were in constant communication with me and was helpful. The whole process from the initial order to the resizing was seamless. Thank you!
