Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that SIMHUB.PRO operates with a multi-stage notification system designed to ensure all international customers are fully informed of tax obligations prior to purchase:

Product Pricing: For all users accessing the site from the UK, prices are automatically displayed with the "Excl. VAT" (Excluding VAT) label.

On-Page Notifications: A dedicated warning for UK residents is permanently positioned directly above the "Add to Cart" button on every product page.

Mandatory Acknowledgment: Before proceeding to the checkout, the system triggers a mandatory pop-up window. This window explicitly states that for orders delivered to the UK, local VAT and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier in accordance with HMRC regulations.

SIMHUB.PRO is a Polish-registered company, and all orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Poland. This is a standard legal requirement for cross-border trade, where the merchant does not collect destination VAT.
