Extremely slow shipping and no communication

I bought a product from simgub.pro on April 17th. Their website says the shipping takes 4-5 days with DHL Courier. However, I have been waiting for 11 days now.

My package is stuck in Radefeld (04158) since Monday, April 20th. It has not moved for 8 days.

I asked the company to contact DHL and give me information, but they did not help. They did not send me any updates. I am very disappointed with the service and the long delay.

We have confirmed that your order was dispatched according to our internal processing standards. Once a package is handed over to DHL, the transit and sorting operations are managed by them as an independent logistics provider. While we monitor every shipment, DHL’s internal logistical processes and specific hub delays, such as the current situation in Radefeld, are not within our direct control.

Please don't buy from here

Absolutely awful please refrain from buying ordered November 25, delivery December , item of some worth Left on a main road broad daylight ( instead of signed for as was supposed to happen) ups after 21 days investigation declared lost package therefore company communicated refund in 7 days this was January and I'm still waiting now almost 3 months later !!! Communication almost virtually non existent

UK buyers beware

UK buyers beware. Web site styled to look British. Read the small print, VAT import tax is added later not at there check out. The courier will hold your item ransom until you pay the tax bill , then wait over a week for it to come from Poland. You will end up paying approx 15% more than a UK supplier (uk supplier is usually next day delivery )

Product Pricing: For all users accessing the site from the UK, prices are automatically displayed with the "Excl. VAT" (Excluding VAT) label.

On-Page Notifications: A dedicated warning for UK residents is permanently positioned directly above the "Add to Cart" button on every product page.

Mandatory Acknowledgment: Before proceeding to the checkout, the system triggers a mandatory pop-up window. This window explicitly states that for orders delivered to the UK, local VAT and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier in accordance with HMRC regulations.

SIMHUB.PRO is a Polish-registered company, and all orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Poland. This is a standard legal requirement for cross-border trade, where the merchant does not collect destination VAT.

Our logistics standards for EU-to-UK transit typically involve a 5–7 business day window. All relevant information regarding our location and tax procedures is integrated into the shopping process to provide transparency before any transaction is finalized.
