Package stolen, signature forged – Zero support from the shop
Lack of support for package theft and zero knowledge of consumer law
I ordered a SimRacing bundle worth €371 from this shop. The DPD driver stole the package and forged my signature. When I contacted customer service with clear proof that I was at work at the time of the alleged delivery, the shop completely refused to help or take responsibility. According to EU and German consumer law (§ 475 Abs. 2 BGB), the seller bears the transit risk until the goods are physically delivered to the buyer. The shop simply ignored this.
We had to file a criminal complaint with the German Criminal Police (Kriminalpolizei). Once the official police investigation against the driver started, the DPD subcontractor panicked and paid us back the damages privately via instant bank transfer to avoid further escalation. The shop offered zero help during this process. After notifying them about the case resolution, they even sent me an email threatening legal action for criticizing them. If you buy here, keep in mind that you are completely on your own if your package gets stolen. Horrible customer experience

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that you experienced this situation in such a negative way.
However, we do not agree with the statement that no support was provided. From the moment you reported the issue, we took your claim seriously and opened an investigation with DPD. We forwarded the information you provided to the carrier, requested them to review the case thoroughly, including the actions of the driver and the circumstances surrounding the signature, and asked you for any additional evidence that could help the investigation.
DPD’s final position was that the parcel had been delivered to the correct address and that a signature had been obtained as proof of receipt. Based on the information and proof supplied by the carrier, the shipment was legally considered delivered. For that reason, we were not in a position to issue a refund from our side.
When you stated that the signature may have been obtained under false pretences and that you believed the driver had committed fraud, we advised you to file a police report and to continue the matter with the relevant authorities and/or DPD. You later informed us that the matter had been resolved directly with the DPD subcontractor.
We understand that this was a very frustrating situation for you, but we want to be clear that we did not ignore your case. We investigated it with the carrier, reviewed the information available to us, and advised you on the appropriate next steps once the carrier maintained that delivery had taken place.
We regret that the delivery process led to this experience, but we cannot accept the claim that Sim Race Webshop offered “zero help”. We handled the case based on the official carrier investigation and the delivery confirmation available to us.

We have checked the shipment details and also do not understand why the parcel was redirected to a pickup point 30 minutes away. We shipped the order directly to your home address as provided. Unfortunately, this appears to have been a decision made by DPD during delivery, which is outside of our control.
It’s of course disappointing for us to receive a 2-star review for something we could not influence, but we do understand the frustration this caused. We sincerely hope you are otherwise satisfied with the product itself.

Je retour is door ons netjes verwerkt en volledig terugbetaald, ondanks dat het product zonder originele verpakking retour is gekomen. In dit geval hadden wij volgens de voorwaarden een waardevermindering mogen toepassen, maar hebben ervoor gekozen dit niet te doen.
Daarom vinden wij het extra jammer om alsnog een 1-sterren review te ontvangen. Uiteraard blijven we altijd openstaan voor feedback en wensen we je alsnog veel succes verder.

I ordered a Moza R5 bundle which was at a good price (compared to other shops).
I think in general, prices here are quite good.
At the end i had to return/ refund, because the set didn't work as expected (a lot of noise; grinding and rattling).
I really didn't like it and wouldn't recommend Moza, better buy something more sophisticated/ well made, produced in Europe or something comparable (not China!).
Anyway, I rate this shop at 5 stars because I received great help and support, which for me is very important.
I always got answers to my questions very fast and there was no trouble in sending it back and so on. I am grateful for that!

Ik heb voor de tweede keer een artikel gekocht bij Sim race webshop , de mensen zijn zo super aardig en behulpzaam ook als je er kleinere dingen aanschaft.
Dit bedrijf is een voorbeeld van hoe je met klanten om moet gaan ze nemen echt de tijd voor je en koppelen gelijk iets terug als dat nodig is ga zo door heren 👍🏻

Van probleem naar oplossing in minder dan 5 dagen — snelle en correcte garantieafhandeling waar je als klant echt vertrouwen uit haalt. Erg tevreden over hoe dit is opgelost 👍🏁

Natuurlijk ontzettend vervelend dat je Simagic Alpha Evo een defect moederbord bleek te hebben, maar fijn om te horen dat de garantieafhandeling snel en correct is verlopen.
We vinden het belangrijk om bij dit soort situaties snel te schakelen, zodat je zo min mogelijk stil hoeft te staan. Mooi dat we het binnen enkele dagen naar tevredenheid hebben kunnen oplossen en je vertrouwen hebben kunnen geven in onze service. 👍🏁

Great shop
Bought the Moza stalks since they were sold out at all local stores and they were 20 euros cheaper here, everything was fine, the shipping times were a bit too long but that was to be expected considering I ordered around Christmas and there weren't many business days between my order and the shipping date. Great experience overall, would absolutely buy again from them.
