I'm extremely happy with the service. They were very kind and accommodating to my needs. Both the car and the driver were very good. Would definitely use the service again!

The booking system is really easy, however I am a little put off by having to give a review to receive a quote. A booking system isn't really a reflection of service and I would prefer to review my experience after having actually had it.

Prior to our arrival in London, Nick was very helpful in trying to arrange a bus tour from London to Scotland.
When in London we finalized the tour and we were blessed with a very pleasant gentleman who was our driver Mr Zahid. He was polite, friendly and courteous. He ensured we were taken care of all the way to Scotland.
I would recommend this company but make sure you ask that Mr Zahid be the driver

Where to start with this awful service.

1. Late picking us up
2. Driver Ozayr asked for money for fuel as he hadn't been given money from the company
3. Driver smoked in the van even though I said no as the 3 kids on board had asthma
4. Vering over the lanes, other vehicles beeping the horn at him.
5. Van filthy
6. Driver was on his phone whilst driving.
7. Messaged wanting to pick us up on midnight on our last night of holiday. We said no. Then 7am was agreed. Never turned up until 10am. Originally booked for 8am.
8. Paid an extra £55 to be at Preston to drop kids off but didn't arrive there until 4pm when we were scheduled for between 12pm and 1pm. The mother picking up the kids ended up getting a £100 fine for parking over 2 hours as she waited for our arrival.
9. We missed our connections on the way back, due to his bad time keeping us from making our connections and therfore had to pay for taxis home.

Have attempted to email and call the company multiple times but they suddenly can't reply or answer the phone. It's now been 7 days without communication.

100% is your company I have email proof and you advised you are investigating the issue.

Unprofessional service, would not recommend to anyone. Better off going to a better established business.

We used Simplecoachhire recently to provide transport for our wedding guests home at the end of the night. We were really disappointed with the service we received. The cars were 30min late, the drivers didn't seem to know what was going on and were rude and argumentative and the wrong number of cars arrived. There was a lot of confusion and we were worried we weren't going to able to get everyone home. It was a really stressful way to end the night. This was especially frustrating given that we'd provided all names of people and their destinations well in advance as requested by the company.

Our driver was friendly and got us to our destination in time. We were a party of 7 and there was plenty of room for ourselves and our luggage. Value for money too.

Had them booked recently for a hen group. The experience and driver were very friendly and great. He checked in and confirmed our pickups and locations. He was very helpful with our bags. I found the booking process fine, just double check all your details and amend before confirming booking, (only thing I would have preferred to have heard from them the week of just confirming all details before den getting driver details the day before journey) overall I had a great experience with them and will use again if ever needed.

Rockus Community Choir had the absolute pleasure in hiring this company to take us to a charity performance we were performing at 83 miles from where we are based. Right from the initial contact Nick made everything straight forward and easy and bent over backwards to help us with the costings. Allison our driver was an absolute credit to the company. She was friendly,polite funny and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them and they will now be our go to coach hire forcany future dates we may have further afield.
