TERRIBLE, do not order from here!I diligently watched the tracking and my order never arrived, I went to my local post office and they told me the tracking number I had wasn’t even remotely close to my address. I’ve been emailing with “support” and not even getting responses. When I reported the charge as fraud to my bank I also noticed it was about $12 higher than the amount I authorized when paying at checkout. It’s a scam, don’t order

Bait and switch. I answered an ad in Facebook for rare blue Hosta seeds. Instead, I was sent cilantro seeds.
When I complained to support, they said that I was shipped what I ordered. $26. They offered to refund me $5 and would charge me $40 return shipping (for less than half and ounce!!!). This is a scamming company.

I ordered three LED tablets and an hour or so later I wanted to cancel the order. Dishonorable company wouldn’t let me do that. I ordered the items on December 4. I never got them for Christmas. I didn’t get them an early January. I filed a dispute and yet I have to pay for them. What a crock. The quality of the product is piss poor

I recently ordered an item from this company, and paid through Paypal, believing this to be the safest method of payment.

Within a few minutes of ordering, I realized that there was a problem with the pricing, and endeavoured to cancel the order. Their response was that it was too late to cancel, as the item had already been shipped. This was not possible, as I had only just placed the order.

Despite my many attempts, Simplicityt refused to cancel the order. I have since checked their credentials, and it is obvious that they are operating a scam.

This business is damaging the good name of online sellers, so I would advise everyone to refrain from engaging with them in the future, as online buyers need to have confidence in the organizations they are dealing with.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! like everyone else they are a big front. You overpay for items and they arrive if at all 2 months later. I saw a cool ball for my grandbabies and ordered it NOVEMBER 16th. It just arrived today, January 10th, in a black garbage bag!

It is cheap and a knockoff of the product that is now available at Walmart! You can't return items, no refund not even store credit which I would never use anyway.

Not every store from China is bad but this one is!!!

This company deserves no stars. My order from November 24th still hasn't arrived. BEWARE of this sham. Shop somewhere else, I wish I had.

Ordered item 12/9/25, for Christmas, still haven’t got it…they say they are located in US, but item is shipping from China…when I requested a refund 12/24, they said item shipped 12/23, item is in transit and a shipping label has been printed, but item shipped still doesn’t say where item is! I specifically checked to see if it was a US company…big fat lie!

I place an order before doing research on the company. the day after placing the order, I asked for it to be cancelled. I was told that it could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped. A month later I had not received my order and no tracking number. I asked in the beginning for it to be here by Christmas. I have not received it and it is still in China. This is a very poor Company to do business with. No wonder China has a bad name. Do not order anything from this company.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Email response to complaint are basic as if a child sent it, with now business information. I have waited 1.5 months on an item for Christmas and they can't even send tracking info. I have up on ever seeing my money or the items a month ago.

After inquiring about where my order was they “locked” my account. SCAM!

Tried to cancel an order Same day I ordered and they asked me why.
I answered snd they responded it was sent out.
How if it’s the same day I ordered? Within a hour.

I only gave it a 1 star because 0 stars doesnt exist. Terrible company, I thought I was buying Laura Gellar makeup however it is not what I received. Started getting irritation on the eyelids after I started using it. Tried to get a refund and they are refusing. Buyer beware of these types of scams!

After waiting five weeks for my order to arrive, I went online to obtain the company’s phone number. There were five different phone numbers all of which were bogus. The initial tracking number they gave me sent me to a completely different site. Ithen emailed them and received a prompt response that there was no tracking information for my product that they sent and they will send it again. When I looked at the new tracking number that they provided it was still not sent. Emailed them again-no response. 0/5 for product I never received and 0/5 customer service. Please do not make the same mistake. I did by ordering anything from this company.

I ordered some auto zoom glasses. The glasses are not as advertised!! I immediately contacted them for a return/refund.
They offered me $13 for a $137 order..

Such BS.. Total Scammers

UPDATE 2: this is a horrible company. I’m still waiting for my refund of $35.98. Now they say they can only offer $9. I will continue to fight for my whole dollar amount to be refunded. At this point it’s theft in my opinion.

UPDATE: I received the product 20 days after I placed the order. During the email exchanges with the company, they asked that I try it before they refund me. I tried it, it was terrible, I notified them. They communicated back that they will refund $3. This is unacceptable. I paid over $35.00 for this product. I’m still waiting for their response to my email addressing this $3 refund.

Do NOT! I repeat, DO NOT order from this company. I made the mistake of ordering a product. On October 6, 2025, SIMPLICITYT, took nearly $11 more than what they said they charged. I immediately cancelled the order due to the sketchy unauthorized charges. The company finally responded after a few days that they would not cancel the order because the product has been shipped. (It had not shipped). The customer service sucks and they refuse to refund the item that I have never received. This company is fraudulent. I’ve reported this incident to my credit card company and they are investigating. I wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering. This isn’t the first time they’ve defrauded an individual and it won’t be the last. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Zero star! I ordered two bras online after reading their return policy carefully. Unfortunately, the items did not fit at all and offered no support whatsoever for a woman my age. Planned to return the items and get a full refund but, over a month and many emails later, i’m still engaged in an armwrestling exercise with the company who tells me it would cost too much to return the items, that they are very sorry and offer me a 5 USD token refund. Awful experience overall. Do not trust these scammers!

I ordered three of those push up, no more sagging, perfect bra...lol They were awful!!!! There was nothing push up about them. They were way bigger than the size said. They were not as described at all. They overcharged me to start with and then wanted me to pay for shipping them back!! They were horrible!! I didn't know they were from China or I wouldn't have ordered them. Now I'm stuck with the 3 bras that I can't wear. I'll just have to donate them to the goodwill or throw them in the trash!!!

Bought 3 pack of bras' the flimsiest , worst quality and shonkiest bras ever.
I tried to return then and was told " you have to sens them back to China it will be $50 AUD,
Even though they were sent from Sydney Au.
Offered me $3 then a whopping $5..
I' ll take the loss but I am going to dispute through PayPal and put in a complaint to the Australian Consumer Protection.
So sick of Chinese companies ripping off people.
So please please please DO NOT BUY from these people.
