I purchased Coffee Portafilter Cleaning Kit💦 × 1, they used fake tracking website tracking-hub.com to fake delivery logistics and then it stopped, they keeped lying to me over e-mails as support until I contacted my bank and requested chargeback I suggest everyone who's not getting their packadges in 30 days, adressing this with bank, because they are literally scamming people

I have to smile at all the other reviews as they reflect my shocking experience too. If only I had checked this site first!
The constant updated to the shipping was bizarre and made no sense and must have all been fabricated, the torch finally arrived and it was completely different to what was ordered. Even when presented with the images of what I ordered and what was sent they (high grade aluminium compared with poorly made plastic version) they claimed this was an acceptable variance. After a lot of pushing from me they declined the 100% money back promise and sent me a USD16 refund for my USD$58 purchase. I think this is the backbone to their scam, sell the promise of quality, provide a crap substitute and then provide a meek refund if pushed.

Shocking. Ordered a belt. They tripled the cost at checkout and I immediately went to cancel the order. They said it had already been sent (5 minutes after the order). Tracking didn’t arrive for a week and the belt turned up and was a different belt. Terrible company, customer service is appalling and don’t expect any kind of refund.

Brought a stuffed “Gizmo” toy for a child going into hospital two months in advance….still waiting for it and the company won’t respond to any emails. Don’t waste your money or time with this place.

Don’t waste your time on this scammers!!! Bought a vintage camping vintage coffe maker and I receive a bunch of thin aluminum made useless stuffs! I asked for refund they pretended I didn’t buy the item from them and stop replying my emails.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two different items and received two of the same. Seems simple enough to fix, right? Apparently not. Despite sending clear photos (twice!), packaging evidence, and explanations a toddler could follow, the seller doubled down and insisted they’d sent the correct items—as if I just didn’t understand how ordering works.

They offered a pitiful partial refund ($2, $4 and $7 for an item that was $10.99) that didn’t even cover the price of one item, let alone two. And when I involved PayPal? Still kept up the charade—until PayPal took one look at the evidence and ruled in my favour.

What does that say? That I was right all along—and this seller would rather gaslight their customers than admit a mistake. Do yourself a favour and check the reviews first. I didn’t, and now I’ve added mine to the pile.

This company is run by liars and scammers. The product they sent was not the product they advertised. They charged more than the original price. Refused to refund or replace the product. Then stopped communicating.
Don’t believe a single positive review of this company. They are without ethics or honor.

Terrible company. I ordered the coffee maker kit from them, they sent the wrong thing, refused a refund and now aren’t answering me and blocked me on Facebook. I’m going after their BBB claim next.

Massive scam! I Ordered the Vintage coffee set on 7th April, after chasing it and them blaming Trumps Tariffs for the delay one arrived on 12th Jun. When it arrived it's 2 mess tins with a very flimsy hinge and some metal jars, no coffee making stuff at all. When emailing them they just send 'how can we help make this better for you' emails. I escalated it in paypal after some more emails and the company offered me my money back same day..... if I posted it to China. Which costs more than the coffee set. I've now resigned myself to the fact I've lost the money. Absolute scam do not touch!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from this website. Scammers. I bought a coffee set and when it arrived it was nothing like what was shown on the website. When contacted they asked me to send it to their Chinese factory before I could be refunded... I wasted my money. Please don't do the same. Learn from my mistake.

This company appears to be a scam. I ordered the extra RARE vintage Camping Coffee Kit on April 7 and received it on June 11, 2025. The total with shipping was supposed to be $37.21 but my credit card was charged $46.51.
I received shipping updates with a link to an unknown shipping company every 2-3 days for 4 weeks stating it was coming from Finland, at inspection, at the port of Miami, etc. After 4 weeks the updates suddenly stopped. I emailed the company and was told to give it a while longer. At 8 weeks I emailed asking for a refund and informed them I would be contacting the BBB. My package arrived the next week via United States Postal Service.
It has not been shipped from overseas nor is it vintage. It is brand new very cheap aluminum from David/LC in Atlanta, GA.

Nothing like I ordered. Absolute garbage. I ordered a "rare campsite coffee making kit". Took about 2 months to get to the UK, although one did get lost in transit. They did send a replacement quite quickly, but I'd wish they hadn't, as it's absolutely useless. Looks like a rejected school metalwork project, as it's very new, thin and flimsy, and the key part (the spout out of which the coffee is supposed to pour) has not been installed in the lid. There's no clip to hold down the lid, but I don't suppose it matters, as it's completely un-usable. I would ask for a refund, but it was so long ago and I can't remember how I paid, but I'm guessing that's what they bank on, litterally.

One star is 1 star too many!
Ordered a 'vintage' coffee set for my parter as she loves strong coffee. Waited around 2 months and had to chase it up. It finally arrived and it was NOT what was advertised. Just a cheap metal tin with random bits inside and was definitely NOT what was advertised. I just wished I'd done a proper search before ordering. Not holding much open for a refund.

Scam company. Their “tracking” is just an email with an update. The number they provided was just some made up combination of numbers. When I pressed customer service for an actual tracking number and the name of the carrier I was given nothing but excuses. Thankfully my back was able to do a charge back. When the coffee set did show up it was nothing like what was advertised. Just a random assortment of tin junk.

Pleas report the positive reviews on this garbage. They are generated by AI and don't accord with anything in the real world. Trustpilot won't respond to my reports and this garbage needs to pulled off the interent.

UPDATE -
To my very great surprise, my order did in fact arrive. My "rare" coffee maker though turned out to be some cruddy little aluminium storage pots that couldn't make coffee any better than a toilet could.
I applied through Paypal for a refund which I will only recieve once I have returned this garbage, at my own expense, to the scam artists to on-sell to some other schmuck.

I also bought one of their "super rare" camping coffee sets. I paid for it on the 13th of April and despite a bogus tracking site (which I think is a scam) and multiple replies to my enquiries, I still have no coffee maker and they still have my money. It is now almost June.
Oh and the FORTNIGHTK customer enquiry system seems to be AI.
Don't trust the 5 star reviews. They're all from accounts with only 1 review, the review is always written 2 days after their alleged "shopping experience" and they all use the same vocab to describe remarkably ambiguous products. "Charming design" is sometimes substituted with "rustic design" or "craftsmanship" but no matter how they asked ChatGPT to spin the bull5H17, it still spells S-C-A-M.

Would have given NEGATIVE STARS if possible!
Ordered a Vintage Coffee set - then after 2 months waiting we finally received a dodgy mass produced aluminium box with parts that are for a tea set, and not even anything like the pictured items!
This website is just set up to get the money and then never send what is ordered. Have since seen other reviews saying much the same thing!

I was sceptical and now this scepticism is confirmed. FAKE set - just a bunch of new containers - nothing to express coffee.
I should be madder, but somehow knew something was wrong. Feel stupid to a degree.

Ordered a camping coffee set, chased for 2 months for an update, finally arrived and it is nothing like advertised and can't be used for its purpose and very poor quality, I have tried contacting customer support 4 times for a refund and get no response, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
