Brought a scooter which was brilliant just had a slight problem got in touch with them and it was instantly sorted with reassurance that it’s not a problem, couldn’t recommend them any more!!

Greytek M365 Pro - great customer service
I purchased the Greytek M365 Pro Electric Scooter which is an amazing scooter. There was a few small chips in the paint work on the folding mechanism gasket part but I contacted Simply bikes and they are replacing the part no question asked and they responded to my request super quick. Great customer service and would highly recommended them. Will definitely shop there again.

Fantastic, high quality, great customer service!
Well where do I start! This shop has everything and more that I've been looking for, ive spent loads of money here so far with out any ounce of regent, the quality in the stock is supreme and the customer service is second to none, I ordered something that had gone out of stock and with out any hesitation they gave me a upgrade to the more expensive item! Never in my life have I came across anything like that! Fantastic!!! That's all I can say, and I'll be with out a doubt a very good customer for the foreseeable future. Thank you very much!
