I enjoyed my experience with simly Nuc

Timely delivery - received the machine internationally within 3 business days. Great service. The website was however glitchy and not easy to use on mobile.

As the Chairman of Audiebant.co.uk, a leading communications security company, I felt compelled to share my experience with Simply NUC.

Previously, we have used Raspberry Pi and other suppliers for all our installations. However, after trialing Simply NUC’s products and meeting the team in person, we’ve made the decision to exclusively use their solutions moving forward.

Not only are their products excellent value and perform exactly as described , but the entire team is exceptional. They are second to none, great people, they have gone the extra mile for us and I couldn’t be more impressed.

I can only say that I have been very happy with the computer and sales service. My old NUC computer gave up the ghost in the heat so I contacted (emailed) NUC. Following their recommendation and a phone call I ordered a much more powerful PC than my previous one. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday 8.30am! Imagine my shock when my new PC is 4.5 inches square! Set up was a breeze, partly down to fibre to the house and partly down to me storing all my data in the clouds. This way I never lose any.
I love my new little beast! For info its a NUC130XKi7, and I use a widescreen monitor split into three using DisplayFusion. Still unsure about W11 though....

Simple to use website with good communication on the order. It arrived quickly and just worked perfectly out of the box. It is being used as a home linux server, allowing home projects to be tested at a fraction of the cost that cloud services charge.

I don't seem to be able to update my original review. After a bumpy start with a lack of updates on when the NUC may be received, I had a call from a very pleasant lady who was apologetic and able to offer an alternative on a next day delivery and kindly refunded the delivery costs.

Website is a good experience, simple and fast.
Allows you to order the NUC exactly as you need it to be.

NUC was delivered a few days later, but with the wrong type of power cord (2-pin instead of 3-pin). A quick email to SimplyNUC and they sent me a replacement cable immediately.

Communication throughout the whole process was quick and easy, always courteous and to the point.

Easy to find what I needed, easy to configure, and relatively quick to deliver (FexEx messed up so not their fault)

Excellent experience from start to finish, would highly recommend.
