Simply Sound And Vision: Simply Wonderful!
Bought a pair of Sonos Era 100 speakers from this company which were £50 cheaper than everywhere else. I was able to pay directly through my Amazon account, which made it so much easier and gave me peace of mind (never having heard of them before!).
My experience? FANTASTIC!! The products arrived within 2 days - packaged with care too.
I shall certainly be using them again in the future - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!

Order delayed due to no fault of the company. They phoned me and let me know and asked what I wanted to do. Was able to change my order with no fuss - and they discounted the change so that I owed them nothing.

It’s all about communication
Ordered Mountson stands for the Sonos Eco 300 speakers.
Once they came into stock they were delivered very promptly and look great.
I knocked one star off just because I’d have liked to have been more informed on the delivery date which took over two months from the date they were ordered.

Product unavailable after payment
The product that I ordered and paid for us not available and I am only informed after the purchase. However, they offer me a similar product. They told me my item has been shipped but the tracking number is incorrect.

Please be advised that on the product page (just above the "Add to basket" button) there is a "Lead Time" message that lets you know the best expected delivery time we currently have for the product. We have considered your situation and have suggested an alternative product to meet your needs faster. But international delivery is unpredictable in its timing.
Your package should have left the UK via Heathrow Airport and be on its way to you by the moment. It is difficult to predict how much more time the postal service will need, but we are monitoring the situation. I wish I could be more helpful, but that's about all we know from the postal service at the moment. Just in case, I will ask a colleague to send you the tracking number that I have on file regarding your order - it works fine on the Royal Mail website. If you have any questions - please just email us anytime. I sincerely hope that the package will reach you soon so that you can enjoy the music from your new speaker even more.

Prompt attention to an out of stock situation on an item I'd ordered. I accepted the offer of an upgrade to a superior product at no extra cost , which was delivered promptly and in excellent order.
