Simply Terms helped me complete a contract negotiation quickly, efficiently and with a very satisfactory outcome.
I needed to get an agreement with a few complicated clauses signed quickly. Simply Terms were very prompt and professional in their response, asking the necessary questions to understand the specifics, providing multiple red-lined versions by return email and getting on the phone to iron out the most complex clauses.
The agreement was executed in a couple days to everyone's satisfaction and I came out of the process confident I had received great support and excellent service. It was a very positive experience.
