Simpsons Premium is a independent, family owned and run business founded in 2009. Providing natural, complete dog and cat food ranges of dry food, wet food and treats. With the help of leading nutritionists, we have created a wide range of wet and dry food with your pet in mind, taking into consideration their health, wellbeing and dietary requirements. For dogs, we have varying flavours of sensitive, grain-free, Organic and high-meat dog food, as well as puppy food that provides all the nutrients for a growing dog. For cats, we have wet and dry food made with a range of healthy ingredients, as well as an organic wet adult food that will give your feline a balanced, natural diet. The products do not contain any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and this also includes the raw ingredients.

I absolutely swear by Simpsons the only thing that I hate is sometimes they use Parcelforce and not DPD I prefer DPD as it’s next day delivery parcel forces a pain in the backside

Novel protein great for IBS
The food I got for my dog with IBS is part of their range of novel proteins ... and the Kangaroo and Ostrich varieties are been devoured by a dog that had started to turn his nose up at the limited gastrointestinal food he had been on over the last year I am very please with the product and the impact on my dogs life

Reliable as always
As a regular customer I never had any problems with order or delivery. The saying is everbody is only as good as their last job and if their last job is bad you don't return to them but Simpsons never let me down

Never experienced such unprofessional and rude customer service. No care for customer who’s ordered numerous times! I received no updates on my order that’s been out for delivery for 2 days- the response I received was blunt, rude and no apology which is shocking coming from an established company. Will not bother again. Plenty other amazing brands to support!

Sorry to see your review Julie. The parcel left us on the 20th and unfortunately the driver ran out of time on the 21st but pleased to see your parcel did get delivered as we said it would ( on the 22nd) before leaving the review. It is showing on the system that you were emailed from the courier (always advisable to check the spam folder in case it goes in there). You asked for a refund for your delivery fee which it was merely pointed out that you didn't pay for delivery as it was free?

Have been using Simpsons dog food for many years and they have always been helpful and prompt with deliveries. Our dogs have loved their foods and have stayed very fit and well.
