Be wary
They are good for the selling, but any issues, complaints or returns they are not helpful on they will try and string it out and put charges on for returns even if the goods are faulty..

Defective product
2 defective products The wheel was changed after several reminders from Moza Racing, the second defect is the R12 engine apart from that it scratches even just looking at it, and then disconnects losing the signal and is not as accurate as it should be, I asked you to make the return you replied after several days saying that I had to pay for the shipping out of my own pocket, Do we want to talk about the time you waited for the steering wheel to be refunded? I'm sorry rest of my opinion

Thank you for your review, i think we have given you verry good service because we have changed your wheel. After this you came with a problem. This problem is not a problem but normal usages scratches and this is not covert by warranty. We hope you enjoy your wheel.

Delivery was extremely fast, products work as they should with no defects. Customer service was 10/10 . Definitely Buy your sim gear from here , don’t buy from fanatec directly, one of the worst customer services I’ve ever seen from my experience
