Easy to find what I wanted to buy, and the item was on offer which was good. Ordered late on a Friday afternoon so no action from the company until Monday morning when I was advised item was on it's way. Unfortunately, the express delivery at £6.95 which is quite a hefty amount did not materialise on the day it was promised. I tracked it until 6.30pm and then the parcel disappeared. Later that evening I was informed that it had been returned to the depot but no reason given. It was delivered the next day and the driver said his company had given him too many drops to complete in a day. The packaging was open at one end with the protective material visible. As it contained glasses I was apprehensive opening the parcel but all was fine and undamaged. Technically the delivery was no fault of the company but it was not express. The glasses are beautiful and I'm very happy with them but the delivery was disappointing considering the cost.

Glad that they had replacements for my quite old plates and bowls, and for the rapid delivery. Most of all pleased that they used Parcelforce rather than the delivery companies who leave parcels on the front step and scarper without finding out if you're at home.
