The packaging on or order was the best I have ever seen. We ordered crockery and this was packed so well. There was no chance anything would be broken with the amount of material in the box.

Great products at good prices
Great products at good prices, only loses one star because of excessive packaging which was hard to dispose off - 2 bin bags full of polystyrene pellets and a huge box which my grandson could have fitted inside

We apologise for using a box you were not satisfied with, but we always strive to recycle packaging whenever possible. We're pleased to inform you that we use ECOFLO Biodegradable packing peanuts, which are UK-manufactured and fully biodegradable, making them an eco-friendly choice, not polystyrene pellets.

Contents perfect in smashed box
My order was delivered overseas, without damage to the fragile contents. The box appeared to have been smashed in transit, with one corner torn, yet good packing materials kept the contents intact.
