Situated in the heart of Central Market, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi, the firm is committed to serving its customers with quality dry fruits at affordable prices. It has revolutionised the way celebrations are made while keeping in view the health of its valuable customers. The firm’s efforts are directed towards providing its esteemed customers with natural products of unmatchable quality. In 2017, the brand came up with a boutique outlet at K 14 Lajpat Nagar 2 for those customers who value convenience more. A hybrid store packing all the features of the age-old store and a fresh experience to shop for a healthy living. All this with a jumbo bonus: Exactly same prices! Our History The history of Sindhi Dry Fruits dates back to the late 1930s, even prior to the independent India. It was then that the founder Shri. Gagan Mal Kataria began trading in Dry Fruits in Sindh, now in Pakistan. As independent India was carved out, Shri. Gagan Mal Kataria took a path breaking decision – establishing a retail shop – that formed the foundation of our business today. His gumptious efforts were dedicated to preparing and cleaning every item possible by himself: from making mouth-watering Tilbhuggas to frying and roasting cashew nuts. Years passed realising his efforts and it was time for his two sons – Mr. Ashok Kumar Kataria and Mr. Inder Kumar Kataria – to enter the prestigious business. Beyond measure, they too dedicated their cent per cent to the business and are continuing to do so.

The delivery is too bad

The delivery is too bad. I placed order on Thursday, but received on Sunday after calling up their shop. One item was not delivered. I had to call the delivery boy to tell that one item was short. Interestingly he was aware of it but didn’t share the shortfall at the time of delivery. Next day he refunded the amount from his personal paytm account to my paytm account. This was most surprising. The refund should have come from the shop account and not the personal paytm account of the delivery boy!

Pathetic Service with equally bad product Quality

While the order status was shipped, the order never was shipped and I had to call and check the status of the order. Half the order had to be cancelled as the product in question were not in stock.

Finally, the quality of the Cashew and Almonds sent as per the order was pathetic. Get way better quality at the store. It seems either the quality has been reduced or they are selling cheaper / inferior products on the website.
