scamming company
never received a confirmation email so can’t track my order or get help from the shop bot, sent three emails and have called multiple times only to receive no email response and the automated answer was that the number is unavailable.
whatsapp qr code does not work, the phone number isn’t even on whatsapp. pressing the start a chat option for facebook messenger doesn’t open a page at all.
was hopeful because of all the good reviews but it seems this company has now decided they’ll make better business taking peoples money and shutting all lines of communication.

We are confused by it however.
On January 21st you ordered an item that was clearly marked as BACKORDER, requesting Next Day delivery. Our backorder product status is just that - a product that is out of stock and awaiting delivery from our supplier. We can't deliver something we don't have. No matter how much you pay for delivery.
You sent a rude email on January 29th:
"my god u r slow"
At this point I personally cancelled your order and refunded your payment, in full.
Today, 5 days later, you post this review.
I'll let visitors work out for themselves what kind of person you must be.

Poor product and zero customer service
I bought an item which had little effect, complained, then one night it turned on by itself because it is not waterproof even though it is stated it is. I complained again by email, WhatsApp with no reply and no one answers the phone.

We cannot apologise enough that you haven't been able to receive your order.
It appears that DPD attempted delivery multiple times before returning your parcel to us as we have indicated in our email contact with you.
Unfortunately you do need to liase with DPD when they attempt delivery as it's never going to be possible to deliver a parcel with noone home unless you make arrangments to work around this.

Exceptional Customer Service! and a Luxury Collection of Products.
This was my first time using Sinful Thrills, however I didn't have much of a choice as the item I was after just isn't stocked in the UK anywhere else. Thankfully Sinful Thrills is very dedicated to meet your needs and provide the best possible service. I haven't seen another retailer that back orders items, I'm very glad I found Sinful Thrills!
It was a relatively large first purchase, but thanks to Sinful Thrills customer service (Gianpiero), I felt very assured in making it. I had quite a few inquiries, but ST's Gianpiero was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. The customer service is lightning fast. I was contacting them by email, but I imagine it's much faster using the live chat.
Not only does Sinful Thrills offer 5% off all orders, they also give you 10% off your first purchase! and my order also arrived early. It was expected on a weekday on free delivery, but arrived the very next day, which was a weekend! The dispatch from the warehouse to DPD was almost instant. Just an incredible service!
I just want to give a final thank you to Sinful Thrills and their wonderful customer service team (Gianpiero) for providing such a comfortable and assured purchase. I really felt confident making my purchase.

We sincerely appreciate your description of the experience you had shopping with sinfulthrills.co.uk.
Our 'back-order' facility I'm sorry to have to say, has been put on hold for the time being because of complaints made by several customers, who didn't understand that 'back-order' items are not available for immediate dispatch. One customer expected his item to arrive next day, and when it didn't, raised a PayPal dispute, stating that his order was never shipped.
We cannot risk losing our payment processing facilities and for this reason, we sadly no longer offer 'back-order' facilities on our store, unless specifically requested.

I looked up your order and see that the item purchased on 25th October was on back-order. This means that the item is not currently in stock, but has been ordered from it's supplier, and as soon as we recieve fresh stock your order is immediately fulfulled. This is indicated both on the product page itself, and in your shopping cart, allowing you to make a choice as to whether or not to proceed with the order.
I have checked our email reports and call logs and can find no contact from either the email address or contact telephone numbers provided during checkout. Can I please ask you to contact myself directly at gp@sinfulthrills.co.uk, in order that we may investigate why you were unable to make contact with our support team?
We take customer support very seriously and I would like to find out what went wrong here in order that we may take action to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Your order is still awaiting supply of the item you purchased from our supplier. Would you like us to cancel your order and refund your payment? If so then I can perform that action for you immediately.
Again, we cannot apologise enough that something appears to have gone wrong here and would welcome the opportunity to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.
