I ordered eyelash serum, they just sent the empty box, I asked for a new product or to give me back the money, they said they won't return it, but so far I don't have the product, it's their fault and now I want my money back.

Ich liebs, kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Ich hab wirklich ein Unterschied bemerkt! Man kriegt auch keine Augenringe dadurch einfach perfekt!

According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered to a different location even though that is not the address I provided. I also contacted the courier company and was informed that there was an issue with the shipment and that the package was returned to the agency. As a result, the order never arrived to me.

In addition, I have already tried contacting your company several times through social media messages but received no response from your customer service team. Because of this, I am now forced to contact you by email.

Since the item was never delivered to my address and has been returned, I expect a full refund for this order.

Please confirm when my refund will be processed.

Anfangs sind meine wimpern gewachsen, doch dann sind sie nach der zeit einfach ausgefallen.. kann ich nicht empfehlen 🥲

Paket ist nicht bei mir angekommen, nachdem ich das per Email gemeldet habe sagte man mir nach 2 (!) Wochen das sie nichts machen können da DHL es als zugestellt markiert hat. Am Ende war es ein Riesen Hin und Her - der Kundendienst ist so unfreundlich so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt !! Das werde ich definitiv auch an die Verbraucherzentrale melden denn das ist nicht rechtens gewesen was die mir geschrieben haben! Definitiv keine Empfehlung !

Leider kann ich das Serum nicht empfehlen. Nach der ersten Woche habe ich bereits rote Augenlider bekommen, so dass ich es absetzen musste. Der Kundenservice reagiert überhaupt nicht. Ich habe davor ein anderes Serum gehabt, das war super, keine Augen Irritationen.
Nicht mal den einen Stern ist es wert!!!

Das Serum benutzen meine Tochter und ich schon einige Zeit bestimmt schon 2 Jahre. Die Wimpern werden wirklich unnormal lang. Klare Kaufempfehlung der Preis ist total inordnung. Natürlich dauert es einige Wochen bis zu einem Ergebnis, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Meine Wimpern sind davon richtig schön und Vorallem auch sehr lang geworden.

Ich finde das serum sehr sehr toll im vergleich zu anderen! Keine Augenringe, keine juckenden augen aber super schöne lange wimpern❤️

Schnelle Lieferung und das Produkt ist wirklich empfehlenswert...ich habe durch die Wechseljahre echt gelitten...hatte fast gar keine Wimpern mehr...dann hat mir jemand das empfohlen und ich bin begeistert...nehme es nun seit fast 3 Jahren
