Good experience with SIPS. Problem with DHL. Delivery due on the 29th. DHL scheduled to today. Did not arrive. Tracking note says still in depot, despite saying it was out for delivery this morning.

Great product. If you’ve got hard ground I would recommend the mechanical installation tool. The manual one did the job, but it was hard work for someone who’s pretty fit.

Screws feel very high quality, installation was pretty easy to do myself and made building the garden room a lot cheaper. Can’t fault the service delivered fast and all my questions were answered by the team in a matter of minutes

Good advice through the online chat…I thought I would try something different as an alternative to digging posts, which I’ve done for previous garden rooms and buildings. I Calculated requirements and ordered. We had a little issue with short shipment but they resolved quickly with new delivery. They also included a free installation tool. So from pre sales and customer service perspective all good

This is where the challenge began..Ground is currently pretty hard after dry conditions - so I’m not sure if my ground was unsuitable, but in all 10 proposed positions of placement I was unable, even as a 2 man job with significant downwards force, to get these to take beyond a couple of threads. When I changed plan and subsequently dug out the holes for the posts, there were some small roots and large ish stones, but I figured they should not have provided an obstacle for the ground screws.

So unfortunately had a total fail - and as they are very heavy for my postage costs to return - it looks like they might now have to be saved for a more suitable project.

Shame as it seemed like a good and more sustainable idea to putting concrete in the ground. I’m fairly skilled in these type of buildings generally so it would certainly save time and energy . Maybe it is not so easy in a self install capacity without the powered machinery to drive them in.

So definitely take this into account before embarking.

Promptly delivered high quality ground screws. The bar supplied with the installation kit was small and useless but when replaced with a decent pinch bar to provide sufficient lever arm to install the screws the kit functioned well

Fantastic product, straight forward to install and save a ton of digging, shuttering and trying to get concrete to tricky areas!
Managed to mark out, fit and level over a couple of evenings.
Definitely drill pilot holes they recommend and you can’t go wrong.
