I have two neurodiverse children and we have always been able to find suitable items at Sister Sensory for all our needs. We have never had an issue with any item received. Correspondence is great and everything has always arrived promptly. We have shopped with Sister Sensory several times and will continue to do so going forward. Even love receiving the personal 'With compliments' cards that come with each package!

The order process was simple. Customer service was great. I had a problem with how my autofill filled in my address. This was sorted out with a simple phone call from the Sister Sensory office ladies. I would definitely use this company again!

I actually emailed Narelle to let her know that her site was actually recommended to me by my pet rehab nurse. One of my lab boys had knee surgery a couple of weeks ago and she suggested the balance pad to help strengthen the muscles in his hind legs as it forces his weight to shift back when he steps onto it with his front paws.

Our rehab nurse has recommended this site to thousands of other fur parents going through rehab and I didn’t know if Narelle was aware that she is not only helping all the beautiful children and all the beautiful fur babies as well.

Ordering was super easy and the sister sensory products are exceptionally well priced. To purchase the identical balance pad but from a pet shop ranged from $150-$200. I will definitely be recommending Sister Sensory not just to my fur mums but my friends with kids also. There were lots of awesome products.

After seeing a speech pathologist at a feeding clinic for my 15 month old they referred me to Sister Sensory for chew training and feeding tools. I purchased the Ark P grabber and ProSpoon. I was contacted shortly after placing my order by a representative at Sister Sensory to say the grabber was out of stock. With their assistance I was able to choose a grabber that was actually more appropriate. I was very impressed by this and grateful they were able to assist me with what I needed, and they were spot on.

It was an easy process to arrange the order to be paid through an NDIS invoice. My main take-away was that the shipping process was not ideal - while the packaging did label it as fragile, it was placed in a soft plastic bag which feels to me slightly counter-intuitive. It was also not addressed as shipped from Sister Sensory and was, I'm assuming, instead placed in the name of the person who brought it to the post office. Shipping was definitely on time for estimates, so that's a positive!
